Cool sculpt Round 2

I am 35 years old, 5’6” and when I weighed in yesterday before my 2nd round of cool sculpting, I was 156 (mid-day, after eating lunch. I went in last year for one round of 3 mini cool (?, roughly 6 in long by a few in wide) applications around my tummy, but never went back for the follow up pics. I decided to go back in one more time, as most reviews say it takes two sessions to really see bigger results, and since I have some small results after the first round, I needed to see what round 2 would do! I experienced a small bit of the discomfort many people on here refer to, but must have a high pain tolerance because it’s noting I can’t move around with. No bruising, slight swelling, and it’s tender to touch, but not awful. Here is day 1 after round 2: Updated on 9 Jul 2018: Last ye when I had Coolsclpting done, I was finishing up some coursework for a certification and had recently moved into our new home. I found myself unmotivated and eating the same, but this year I want to see a bigger difference. In one weeks’ time, I’ve lost 5 lbs through eating less carbs, and I plan to attend group classes at my gym on a regular basis. I have had a few small pains, probably what some describe as nerve pain, but nothing to even complain about. The numbness is mostly worn off, and I have not noticed anything else out of the ordinary. Updated on 16 Jul 2018: Numbness is completely gone, and I’m doing my best to make it to fitness classes more often each week, as well as watching my carb/calorie intake. My motivation usually comes in the form of planning vacation, so I’ve started researching that as well! Updated on 23 Jul 2018: I’ve only been attending spinning classes twice a week, and my eating habits have gotten off track, but I do fully intend on increasing the number of classes I attend as well as getting back on track eating better. My motivation comes when vacation is planned, and I am beginning to research that now! Updated on 1 Aug 2018: ...starting to notice slight changes :) Updated on 6 Aug 2018: I’m noticing a difference now in how my pants fit around my waist, yay! Updated on 13 Aug 2018: Not only am I seeing the visible differences, I’m feeling it in looser fitting pants (I need a belt!). I get more excited each week to compare the results to my week 1 pics. I am working out 2-3x/week now, and working my way up to more, trying to make it a lifestyle change. Updated on 20 Aug 2018: I didn’t notice any major changes this week, but have noticed that I am having to get up to pee in the middle of the night more recently. In my first round of Coolsculpting, this started much earlier (week 2+) in the process. I’m hoping this means more results to come! Updated on 29 Aug 2018: Pics from this past Monday, after 8 weeks. Updated on 26 Feb 2019: A few months after treatment I sustained an injury that halted my workout schedule in its tracks. I had come down in weight from working out, but after a few months not working out it quickly came back :(. I am now in the recovery stage and getting excited for Spring to begin working out again, which has motivated me to watch what I’m eating. I am now 151, and excited to see how these results look after I am able to lose 10 lbs. I’ve always had a squishy belly, even when I looked “skinny” so my hope is that that squishiness is reduced once I get back to my comfort weight between 135-140.
