CoolMini - Did Not Work :(

I wanted to treat a hereditary double chin. I wanted to avoid surgery and thought the CoolMini would be a good option. Sadly the CoolMini was unsuccessful. I almost criedd when I saw the before and after photos. The nurse wasn't overly helpful and said I was the only patient that didn't respond in her clinic. This made me feel worse. I worked really hard to save the $1100 and it broke my heart to have wasted the money and not end up with a good result. Just wanted to share to try and protect others...
