Chin Coolsculpting

No matter what weight I've been I've always carried more fat around my jaw, so I decided to try coolsculpting! The actual treatment wasn't too painful or uncomfortable at all. The massage after the treatments are pretty painful but bareable. What I was surprised by was the recovery. at first glance, it comes off as "painless" and easy and you can return right back to work...I'm only one day post, and my neck is so unbelievably sensitive, sore and I'm pretty swollen... yes, I could return to work but I can't help but feel like I have a kangaroo pouch hanging from my chin! After I noticed the swelling I asked the office and they said it could hang around for a couple weeks. Kind of disappointed, that I didn't ask more questions about post treatment but it's always been portrayed to me that there isn't any down time. So anyways, if you're looking into it, just don't have anything planned for a week or two! Will keep posting progress pictures. Wish me luck!
