I met with dr diktaban on 2/2 i had gotten a free consultation. My breast have been something that have bothered me for a veryyy long time but I've never been comfortable with the idea of implants. Any way all of the communication I've had with the staff first via phone, email, text then in person on my appt day was incredible they were all so nice and welcoming. As soon as the doctor walked in the room he was cheerful and kind it was as if I was speaking with and old friend I felt as of I've known him for years. He explained everything in great detail answered all the questions and concerns I had and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. What I really liked was when I mentioned I wasn't comfortable with the idea of implants he nodded and didn't bring it up at all or try to convince me otherwise like some other doctors do. His patient care coordinator is also an absolute doll! On my way out she shook my hand and said "welcome to the family". She's even waiting in the office later then usual for my husband to get there to pick up paper work( he's works late and I can't get there as I have a small child). I have 110% confident that I am in more then capable hands and will be very well taken care of. From the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor him self you can tell they all really care about you. They truly do make you feel like part of the family! Will post again when procedure is done.

How exciting! Where will your fat be grafted from? Are you trying to attain a new bra cup size? Good luck and please keep us posted!

Hi Beth! They will be taking fat from my abdomen and transferring it to the breast I chose this option because I want a bit of of bigger cup size but nothing crazy. And since I'm getting a lift the fat transfer will help not only make them fuller in size but help shape them as well

Hello every one.. Had surgery yesterday and I'm very sore but not unbearable the pain meds help a lot... My belly hurts the most because they did a lot of lipo so I walk like a little oold lady lol but the more I move the easier it gets when I'm laying down I'm very comfortable. Dr had to tape my stomach along with the binder bcuz I have a lot of loose skin from my pregnancy so that's a little worse then before but I don't mind that bcuz I plan to have another child.. Any way I was a 34b before now I'm a double D.. After about a year I'll probably be a full C ..everything from the dr to the nurses and medical assistants were absolutely amazing everyone of them was so sweet and caring U can tell they really care about U it was a more then wonderful expierence .. I will continue to update as the days and my healing goes on .. Going to post pictures when I get them.. The dr took some and I have a follow up with him on Monday so I'm going to ask for them then.. If anyone has any questions for me I'll be more then happy to answer them feel free to private message me if ud like :)

He did 450 in one side and 288 on the other (I was really uneven before lol) I was an (uneven) 36b before now I am a 34DD
February 24, 2015
Wow that's good, I hope you can retain it. I'm sorry for asking so many questions but do you know what kind of lipo technique you doctor was performing. I'm considering the same procedure but I have not choose the doctor yet.

He said U lose any where between 30%-50% so even if I lose half I'll still be a C cup which I'm fine with.. And oh no it's perfectly fine! Please ask away I'm more then happy to answer any questions you have so keep them coming if you have them! Lol I had tumescent liposuction which is the original type of liposuction.. The reason for this is because some of the other types liquefy the fat and since I was doing a fat transfer the fat could not be liquified... Also I didn't go under general anesthesia so I was awake thought the entire procedure and I'll tell u it was not bad at all

I'm not sure where your located but I would HIGHLY recommend the doctor I used (Dr Thedore Diktaban) he was absolutely phenomenal

Hi, thank you for your time, how are you feeling and how is the recovery going? I think the local anesthesia is a better choice due to the recovery is much easier. I'm sure it felt weird during the procedure but after its easier. Were you require to use the Brava Doms before the procedure and did he go over with you about the possibilities of calcification?

These are all great questions and answers! If you have any time @Lisa93, it would be awesome if you could put these helpful details in your next review update...the amount of fat transferred, etc. Thanks and happy healing!

Hi @artoled! I'm feeling great my pain is pretty much entirely gone.. I'm super itchy though from the tape and stitches but that's a good sign it means everything's healing well.. My one year old even jumped on me before and I prepared my self for the pain and I was honestly fine..and yes the local made me much less worried cuz I know there's so many risk with General anesthesia it was great being able to speak with the surgeon during the procedure and knowing what was going on and what he was doing..I did not have to use the Brava system because I had a lot of sag so I had plenty of loose skin so it wasn't necessary..he did go over the possibility of calcification he said if I feel a hard spot to gently massage it and to come in but he hasnt had any patients complaining of those issues

Thank you Lisa93, the photo looks very good. I'm really interesting in this procedure but could not find the doctor in NY with the good review from the actual patient. So your story is helping a lot. I think I will schedule an appointment with your doctor, but I'm afraid I would not be a good candidate for the transfer, I do not have enough fat. I recently lost about 20lb, now I regret for being on the diet.

He may tell u to gain a few pounds I can guarentee u he will be 110% honest with you .. Just a heads up if you go on his website http://advancedcosmeticsurgeryny.com and send them a message through there saying your interested in booking with dr diktaban they'll call u and offer a free consultation usually is 250$

February 24, 2015
Did he talk to you about possible calcification or dead fat that can pop up. One doctor told me that up to 80% of his patients have some type of issue come up with in a year. That was a large %.

No nothing like that h Essie of I feel any hard spots to message the area lightly and come in.. He said any fat that dies will just absorb in to my body..he mentioned one patient who had gotten an infection but that's obviously always going to be a risk with any surgery . I've spoke to quiet a few ppl who have had fat transfers and have no issues so maybe the doctor that told u that is a doctor you may want to steer clear of if he has so many patients with issues
