I've always been insecure about my breast size. I remember wearing my Mom's padded inserts in my training bra in middle school on field day and they fell out! All the boys in my class were kicking them around and asking whose they were and what they were! So embarrassing. In high school and college I got by wearing padded bras and occasionally added those "chicken cutlet" inserts for more shape. But I always felt so embarrassed in sports bras, bikinis and naked because I couldn't "fake" having any boobs then. I've always been very active and an athlete but as I've become older it's become even more of a focus for me. Now as a semi competitive runner, I am fairly lean and muscular...it just makes me feel masculine now having a fairly flat chest too at size 30A. So, at 35, I decided life is too short to feel insecure. I love my body and my breasts and by no means need to have a breast augmentation to be happy. But, if I could make my breasts a bit larger and look more feminine and proportionate and maybe a little sexier why not?

I feel a lot of heaviness and pressure on my chest. My arms are pretty much useless. It's really hard to get up from laying down it takes all my effort! My breast are looking better than I expected though. Not super high and square looking as I had expected.

Thanks! Obviously still some swelling and dropping and fluffing to do! I am anxious to see the final size they will end up at.

I feel exactly the same.

I know you started at a B and were hoping to go to a full C or small D. I started at an A and was hoping to go to a full B or small C. It's so early yet but right now I'm feeling like I will end up in the C range!

That would be ideal. I'm worried mines are going to be too big, hopefully once they've dropped and the swelling has went down they will be a nice size.

Post-Op - Day 1

It was really hard getting out of bed today with my arms that have become so useless. Trying to use my abs doesnt help because my Sternum is so sore too. Went to my post op appointment today. My PS said everything looks very good so far. I've got to think I'm pretty swollen though? They're looking pretty large to me! I was hoping for a small C cup tops. P.S - the bloating is sooooo real! I've been taking Miralax packets, drinking a ton of fluids and snacking on apricots and prunes for the added fiber. It doesn't seem to help! :0

They're looking great! The bloating is soooooo real. I'm right there with ya! And nothing seems to be helping... prunes, fiber one, fiber gummies, spinach and lots of water... after all that and I still have a grossly large and bloated tummy. :(
