I have always been small chested (A cup size), but after breastfeeding and a major 50 point weight loss, I had nothing left. I researched doctors in my area using this site, and had 3 consultations. Dr. Seckel has a warm and inviting manner. He was never rushed, and he was willing to answer detailed questions I had after reading a LOT about different approaches to this surgery.
