Dr. Seckel, Best of the Best! - Concord, MA

Dr. Seckel is absolutely the very best, and I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone considering a breast augmentation. From my first visit to the office, he and his practice manager, Kathy, made me feel very much at ease when I was feeling my most vulnerable. This is in stark contrast to the other surgeons and offices I visited in the Boston area. My first visit with Dr. Seckel was incredibly thorough, and he took the time to answer absolutely every question I had and to discuss all possible options with me. Equally important, he took the time to learn about me on a personal level, and shared stories about common experiences and interests, making me feel so comfortable and right at home. I left the office feeling confident that I had made the right decision about having the procedure and the right decision in choosing Dr. Seckel.

I had a series of appointments prior to the day of surgery, also differing from other surgeons who went straight from the initial consultation to the surgery itself. At each visit, I felt more and more excited about moving forward with the procedure and knew I had made the right choice with Dr. Seckel's practice. I met a second surgeon, Dr. Narasimhan, who facilitated much of my final preop appointment. He explained the day of surgery very clearly so that I would know just what to expect. He also gave me my prescriptions ahead of time so that I could fill them in advance.

The day of surgery went incredibly smoothly for me. I never felt so relaxed going into surgery before, and I credit that to the warmth and caring nature of the doctors leading up to and during that day. I also felt a sense of relief from the fact that two surgeons would work together throughout the procedure, again differing from other practices. I returned to the office the next two days and then the following two weeks for post-op appointments. The doctors were very reassuring that everything was progressing as expected, and encouraged me to contact them at any point should I have questions. On one occasion, which happened to be over a holiday weekend, I emailed Dr. Seckel a question and he responded very promptly...just another way that he goes above and beyond.

Overall, I couldn't have had a better experience. I feel so much better about my appearance thanks to the skilled work of Dr. Seckel and Dr. Narasimhan, and have absolutely no regrets about having the procedure. I am grateful to have found doctors and a staff who genuinely care about their patients. I told them all they can't quite get rid of me, I'm going to stop in and visit here and there...and I probably will. :)
