Although I am somewhat beating myself over the head for not going with what I wanted and settling with the "natural and safe" size. I am very please with my complete boob journey. The last month has been extremely pleasant. I've had very little issues post surgery. The first 3 days were intense, the first week was an adjustment. One month post op, I feel completely great. I can sleep normally (although not on my stomach and only sometimes on my side-ish). My boobs have dropped pretty early on and evened out post 2 weeks. Everything feels and looks great. Extremely proud of both my body and the skills of my PS. They have soften dramatically and playful as I call them. Not sure what fluffing really entails but it definitely did not fluff bigger, the implant may have just re-positioned towards to bottom creating a very natural look. Will post updated pics soon.

They look great! I'm thinking of going with dr Seckel also. Have you had any loss of nipple sensation? How much?

I have lost some sensation but only to a minimum. I'm 2 months+ post op and I can feel when my nipple is being touched/aroused, but maybe not as sensitive as it was pre-op. I do know that the area from the bottom of my areola to the location of the incision is still numb, basically bottom half of my boob after my nipple.

Working on being patient before I make any judgements. It is definately hard to attain cleavage so early post op.

Tomorrow makes two weeks post op, Ive been told that it's still early and the implant still has some settling to do, however it's so hard to keep calm and not have boob blues. But for nearly 8 grand, I kinda wish I went bigger to seek boob perfection as I envisioned. I saw my PS today and had my stitches removed. He said that the implants have settled into its pocket and may fluff some more but overall the final appearence won't be far from what I see. Unfortunately, Im just not sure how I feel about it yet.
