HOLY ZINGERS

Zingers in the right breast have been GOD AWFUL. Like on a scale of 1-10 they would be AT LEAST a 9. I've been searching around to see if it's normal to be so painful and apparently some women have said theirs are worse than labor pains! Not that I've had those but I can only imagine.

BUT...I was just touching the top of my right and noticed I can actually feel it again. My left is still completely numb. As painful as these things are I guess that means the nerves really are regenerating. I'm excited about that because one of the more annoying parts of this has been the numb feeling.

I'll be getting my sutures out 7/1 and I'm already getting nervous. I've been known to have panic attacks during things like these so I'm already thinking the worst! Someone please tell me that having crease sutures taken out isn't so bad :(

First Bra

I bought my first bra last night...no underwire for 6 wks if I remember correctly so I picked up a soft Calvin Klein at TJ Maxx. Holy crap do these girls look HUGE. Let me tell you how nice it is to not have to buy the extra padded ones ;-) I could have used a 34 band but they only had 36D so that's what I got! I wonder if I'll be a 34D or DD when I get sized. It's nice to be able to wear any shirt I want instead of the limited option with a sports bra. Although I do have to say I feel like the sports bra has more support and feels more comfortable.

Zingers in the right breast were SERIOUS this morning. Righty seems to be the problem child. They seem to be worse when I just wake up and go to brush my teeth etc. I feel fine when I'm sitting still at my desk. I think the #1 thing I have been missing the most is sleeping on my stomach. It's been taking me hours to get to sleep the past few nights--even with taking 10mg melatonin. :-/

Dr. Seckel is simply the best! I knew he was the one after reading all of his stellar reviews and credentials. I called the office and booked a consultation with Jessica (who is so sweet!) and she was able to get me in even sooner due to a cancellation. I met with Dr. Seckel, Shawna, and Kathy during my consultation who were all so helpful and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and concerns. After my consultation I knew I was 100% confident in choosing him as my plastic surgeon, and scheduled my surgery for two months later. I have since had my breast augmentation and couldn't be happier with my new breasts! I have had a great recovery so far, and Dr. Seckel and his team are also thrilled with my results. Dr. Seckel is truly a gifted surgeon...he gave me exactly what I wanted and surpassed my expectations. His bedside manner is exceptional and he made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I'm so thankful for Dr. Seckel and his amazing staff for giving me a wonderful experience and fantastic results!
