Hi ladies :-) I've wanted larger breasts for as long as I can remember. I feel like mine never really fully developed. Anyways, I am 5'6 3/4, 141lbs, and probably a small B cup without padding, but wear a 34C with padding regularly. Since I am financially able I decided to take the plunge! I've researched different doctors and decided on Dr. Seckel in Concord, MA. When I called to book a consultation they told me June 26th was the EARLIEST...talk about a bummer. However, I got the lucky cancellation phone call and went to my consultation TODAY (4/10)! Dr. Seckel was so kind and explained I would need a subglandular breast augmentation due to slight ptosis. I am fine with that as it has a lesser recovery time, as well as being a weight lifter I was worried about the moving of the implants under the muscle. We decided on 450cc silicone. I have scheduled my surgery for June 17th (5 days after my 24th birthday...happy birthday to me!!!). Is there any advice you ladies can give me that you wish someone had given you? TIA!

Hi! I went subglandular w Dr Seckel in March and I am so happy with my results!! You can look at my profile to see how it went for me! Best of luck and you are in great hands with Dr Seckel and his staff!

I don't have much to update I just can't freakin wait for my surgery!!! I'm still a little unsure about sizes but I think it will be either 425 or 450cc. I decided to bring a bunch of pictures of what I like and don't like and let Dr Seckel decide what's best.

So good!!! I tried to post an update but it wouldn't go through. I went in at 6am and it was over before I knew it! Doc got 450s in like I hoped. Now I can't wait to see these babies tomorrow at my post op!!!

yes! Everything went well. He fit the 450s in and I think they're the perfect size. How was your surgery?!

I haven't taken any prescribed meds over than antibiotics. I stopped taking Tylenol at the end of my second day post op. Not in too much pain but I can't reach for things. I can walk and even went back to work today! Layed low and just did computer stuff. Definitely tired now but not in much pain. I feel more uncomfortable and swollen. Can't wait to get my arm strength back.

Holy crap sounds like you are healing super fast! I took all my meds cause I was scared of the pain lol. You look wonderful!

Thanks. Yes the pain wasn't too bad. Every now and then I feel the incisions but it's not too bad. Just so swollen and tight! They don't feel w part of my skin!

Well I wrote a whole update and it didn't post so let's try this again! Surgery went well. I got there at 6am, given the cocktail around 7, anithesiologist told me I was going to an island and that's the last thing I remember! I woke up in some mild pain and was given more meds. Dr Seckel came over to see how I was and told me he fit 450cc in so I was thrilled!! Not too long later I headed home. The worst part was sitting/standing up for the first time...ouch!
Today has been the first day they don't feel like bricks hanging off my body lol. I have been having a sharp shooting pain on the bottom of my right breast but I'm hoping it is just the nerves healing. I'm going to see the doc today so I'll see what he says!
