Went to my pre-op appointment yesterday. I'm married, 35 yo, 5'2", 105lbs, petite frame, 34A, two children, breastfed both for 15 months, deflated Aaa now. I finally got the courage to do this. I wanted to have my breasts back and more but don't want to pick a size that's too big for me or I'll have boob greed. I discussed with my PS that I wanted a natural slope (tear drops look) rather than the round top. I fear of picking a size that will make my breasts looking too fake. He recommended 325 and 350. I tried on 325 sizer (love it!) then tried on 350 (looks big)... I asked him if I love 325 is that means I should pick 350 since some cc will be hidden under muscle? (Greedy, I know...) He smiled. Said yes. We decided 350hp...but I asked if it's okay for him to also have 325 available for the day of surgery. He had on his note but looks like we are going for 350cc hp? What do you ladies think? 325? 350? Either way, I know I'm in good hands and will be thrilled with finally having boobs. Let the count down begin!!!!

Hi , im 5'1 and 100 pounds , I had the date for my breast sugery September 8th/2016 , and what's your date for breast sugery? My Ps decided for me 300-350 make the nature look for my frame , sometime I still think about 375cc,( maximum for me) and I have few my friends , the same your and my weight and tall ,they did 350-375cc all look so good! I think 350cc so perfect for u;) few of people after done sugery, they 're want mor biger boobs ;)

I looked a lot and most doctors are saying that its not a huge difference so if 325 looks perfect and you know it would be a tad smaller coz its under the muscle, Id go for 350 with no doubt. its not much difference, not enough to change the look dramatically comparing 50cc's so go ahead and get the 350cc and please posy pics, with a dr who is good and you trust, I think it ll be great and you ll be sooooooooo happy!

Hi! Congratulations on ur upcoming surgery!!! :) we have similar stats..I'm 5'1 103lbs and was a deflated 32B...on July 29th I had a lollipop lift with mentor 300cc mod + smooth round silicone...If u are able to, I'd go with the 350cc...25ccs isn't much of a noticeable difference and since your going under the muscle you will get the look of 325 with 350 like your ps said...choosing a size was the most stressful for me lol, but so exciting at the same time! I know exactly how you're feeling! I was so nervous but hella excited at the same time, ready for it to be over with...it comes and goes so fast once you hit the single digit countdown lol! I'll be checking in on ya :)
Go for the 350cc. I originally had 365cc saline under the muscle for 15 years. I had a deflate and had them both removed and replaced. I went with 450cc saline under the muscle and I'm glad I did. Good luck!
I forgot to mention that I too am 5'2", but weigh 130lbs and the 450cc was still perfect for me even though I am a bit heavier than you.
What did u start with when u had 365? Was it an A cup as well? For 15 yrs, did u've any boob greed? I'm glad u r happy with ur new one and probably feel like a new you again. :) Congrats!
Yes, I was about a 32A on the left side and a 32 full B on the right.
