So excited, can't wait to be symmetrical and perky !! I'm a 34D but very droopy . Over the years of fluctuating weight my breast have lost their perk and the symmetry has become more apparent. Now that I've been at the same weight for five years I've finally decided to treat myself to new boobs ...

Trying to figure out the right size and shape ?? Having a hard time with picking the size ..... I'm 5'1 / 135lbs , with a curvy / pear shape frame. Really want to be proportional to lower body without looking to bulky .

All of these are beautiful!!i had mine done on the 17th and I couldn't be happier!! I too Gained and lost a lot of weight throughout the years and I also breast fed which completely sucked the life out of them. I had a full anchor lift with 400cc gel implants over he muscle as I lift weights and was told under would be contraindicated as well as the loose sagging skin on my breasts would be better filled out with a high profile over the muscle. I am 5'11- and 160lbs tho. But it looks pretty proportionate thus far!!

Excited for you!! I woudk suggest to go bigger than smaller as she they settle they may appear much smaller than anticipated (my opinion)

Thank you! I'm also getting a full anchor lift with silicone gel, under the muscle tho. Great advice, I think I want to go slightly bigger vs smaller . It's so tough to determine the size , especially because of my height and build .

Before pic's show super saggy . I'm a D cup on the right and DD on the left . The left breast also starts higher and hangs lower than the right . Dr. M has already said symmetry will never be perfect due to my bone structure. But should be improved greatly. Can't wait, only 18 days away!!
