I had my tummy Tuck on Aug 15, 2013. I got local anesthesia and fews hours after the procedure I was at home. The drains were painful for me. I stay 7 days without shower( I know it is gross). Took the drains off after 8 days. I almost 3 weeks after the surgery and still swelling. Soon I will ask my husband to take pictures to you compare before and after.

My Stomach is Finally Flat!

Today I have been able to stand up completely straight, but still find myself starting to slouch back down I hope doenst become a habit. I just feel my skin so tight and pull me down lol You know what mean. I get to go back to my doctor on Set, 24 I cant wait to see him because I got a lot of questions. On my incision special on the right side I feel a little lump and hard I just hope doesnt turn to be fibrosis and I not sure if I like My belly button. Its better than before but still little puffed I wish just a Little hole(normal navel) no puff skin inside of belly button. PlusI think my waist on the left side is more curve from the lipo than the right side. Maybe I need healing more. It's been 3 weeks anyway, its to soon to know.

Is your stomach really numb and how does it feel, also what was day 2 like after surgery

21 days pos op my stomach still very numb and by 5:30 pm starts swell. To be honest the day 2 is pain in the ass. it is not just the swelling but the soreness from the lipo and a little pain with the drains on. But the worse part is walking hunchback, you are going to feel more pain from your back than the other thing.

You look great! The hardness is normal. I'm 10 weeks post op and still have them. They are slowlyyyyyyy going away.
