I'm ready for a flat stomach! I have wanted to do this for years and have scheduled it so figured I would start leaving updates for others considering it. I saw 2 doctors in the Columbus area. The other doctor didn't have any before and after pictures on her website and her staff wasn't as professional and she didn't seem to have as much experience so that was my ultimate decision. It was hard. She did say she never had dog ears with her scars and Dr. Shah said it happened with one in every 10 patients.... But he has tons more patients... And that he would fix. I'm not sure if she wasn't being honest or if he was just being more upfront.. Who knows... But my current c section scar apparently has a tiny one and that scar is amazing sooo....

He's being honest. They can try to avoid the dog ears it still happens. I have a wee little one. Very wee. But I hate it and he will fix it ;)

Surgery next week - Getting nervous

So I am having my surgery next week... I am very nervous. I am so afraid that my scar will be too high up above my panties. I do not want to have to get this revised... It's just too much money. I have been told I will still have stretch marks since mine go above my belly button but that they will be really low... The pre op appt was kind of nerve wrecking as well and I have all my prescriptions and ordered my scar guard. No turning back now, it's paid for!
