Hello! 40 year old mother of five. One in heaven. My other 4 are 21,19, 16 and 15. I've been wanting this for a long time I can't believe it's about to happen. Im really hoping I look OK afterwords.
I've been stalking on here since November and I'm not gonna lie I am nervous... but I think my figure is decent enough I just may like it afterwards. Any opinions are appreciated!!! Hey it can only get better not worse right??? ????

TT in 4 Days- Long Overdue!
40 yrs old 5 kids 5'6 and 180lbs. I've wanted this for a long time however I am nervous it'll be here in 5 days. Not so nervous about the recovery just end results. I've seen horror stories on here as well as great outcomes too. I guess it's my weight I'm afraid I have to much fatty tissue around my organs and I'm not going to see that much different. Any advice or encouragement is appreciated! ????

Hello and Congrats!! I'm 10 days pre-op 4/19/17... I'm super excited but at the same time very nervous. I think I'm more afraid of the results. I absolutely understand where you're coming from ,judging from your photos we could be very comparable in Wt. I'm 5'4 169 and my surgeon seems to think that I'm going to have excellent results and I do have that upper abdomen fatty tissue. I'm staying optimistic and claim it!!! Great results and speedy recovery! I will post a few pics sometime today. Good luck

Thanks for the encouragement!. There are just so many different results on here I just have no idea what I'm going to look like. I'm trying to just be realistic and I know for sure it's going to look better. I'm actually heavier than usual by about 15lbs but work wise I have to do the surgery now if I'm going to do it this year so I'll just work my butt off once I get green light after surgery.

Absolutely...that's my plan as well! I actually went into menopause a year ago and spiked up 10 pounds it's been really hard to shake I have toned up some. My goal is to lose 15lbs once I get the green-light. I've read a few post where a few of the ladies mentioned they lost at least 10 pounds during recovery stage. I pray Can drop a size .

Hello everyone well I had my surgery Wednesday and I'm not gonna lie and I don't want to try to scare anyone but this crap hurts! to be honest though the incision doesn't hurt that much, it's the muscles where they did the repair. I'll upload some pictures I feel like I'm really swollen maybe some people can give me some feedback I think he did an amazing job I just hope the swelling goes down some and I hate my binder I'm having a hard time passing gas or anything. ????

Hi! Glad everything went well. I had my surgery on 4/10 and am also 5'6, 180 lbs. I am bruised all over from the lipo and am swollen as well.

Hello! Are you in a lot of pain? It's not so much my incision as the muscles plus I'm very swollen I'll see if I have bruising today when I go take a shower. Got this dang binder on

Pain is not so bad. I'm trying to cut down on my meds and not take them as often. It hurts when I cough. I feel the pain on my back from the lipo when I get up or sit down. Overall the pain is manageable. I'm bruised around my lipo areas. Can't wait for all this swelling to go down.

What procedures did you have done?
Welcome to the community. The nerves are normal but you will be ok. Try to focus on the end results and how wonderful you will look. Take some time to read through our Guides and Forums for support.
