I continue to do high intensity interval training in hopes it will help the damage done by cellfina. The cellulite is worse than it was before I went in and the scars, lumps and discoloration have remained.

I’m sorry you ended up with side effects. I’m unfortunately in the same boat as I have scar tissue lumps and unsightly scars over a year after Cellfina. Did you try steroid injections in your lumps? I’m afraid of making it worse, but wondering if it would work.

No I have not due to the same concern. Talk to someone recently who has had lots of plastic surgery and they stated that getting regular lymphatic massages immediately after any procedure helps with any dimpling I'm waving a second happen with the skin. Wish I knew about this before and that it was recommended.

Sorry you have lumps and scars- I sadly have the same. Did you try a steroid injection? I may want to try but I’m worried that it may make it worse. I have a few hard lumps left over a year later.
