I'm about 9 months out. I'm very happy with my results. I do wish I would have gone a bit bigger. I was worried about people noticing and what they thought. No one noticed lol. I have gained 15 lbs so they are not always this size. I wear 34 DD to 34DDD. I've resumed most of my chest exercises finally.

Hi there! Why could you only resume chest exercises 10 months post op? Did it hurt or just feel weird? I'm getting mine this weekend also going for around 310 as I'm an aerialist but don't want to wait 10 months before getting back into things.

Ithe felt weird on the beginning. It still feels odd but I don't think I'm hurting them. I was really worried about displacing them. In the beginning they would be sore after exercises. But I was exercising pretty well in the beginning. I just haven't updated in awhile. Just now hitting gym and eating habits really hard.

When did your right completely drop? I'm also very athletic and while my right has dropped some it still has a little ways to move and I'm 8 weeks postop. My left has already fallen into the pocket.

Mine dropped fast. I think thy were about 2 weeks apart. I was amazed how fast it happened. Some people see changes up to a year

Hello beautiful it's normal for everyone to wish they'd gone bigger but also comes with its complications too sometimes. What size were you before and what size do you wear now? Your headline says 14 lbs lol think you meant 140lbs
