I really hated the fat that hung down below my chin. Everything I did to work it off wasn't working. So I went to see about this new treatment. Kybella was the answer!!! Dr. Fichtel was really nice and the office was very comforting. It took only 3 treatments and my double chin was gone! That easy! Not painful at all! I would recommend this treatment to anyone with a double chin. I would especially recommend seeing Dr. Fichtel!

The medical assistants were very nice and made you feel comfortable. It seemed like the doctor and medical assistants really love working with each other and holding the upmost respect for me as the patient. Dr. Fichtel explained everything that was gonna happen before my procedure to a T! It really is a pleasure being her patient. It wasn't like your standard appointment. All of the staff involved in the procedure made you feel right at home.
