It will be a year in March and I am so happy with my results! I watch my calories and exercise, too but lipo was what I needed to kick start my new healthy lifestyle. My clothes fit better and I feel better in my own skin. I would highly recommend Dr. Heck and his staff for quality service, I am a client for life. I will come back in the future for any other cosmetic procedures.
