Long time coming..after the 3rd baby and moving...

Long time coming..after the 3rd baby and moving across country..i could not get the weight off. It basic accumulated in my stomach area...i have been watching this site for some time..i had a consultation with Dr Cochran last year but timing was not good. I am in the health field and know what I am getting into but when I say Dr. Cochran came in the room amd made me feel so at ease. We talked about my incision and I knew leaving there he will be performing my surgery. Well I have paid over half of my surgery and plan on paying it off this week. I plan on staying at Candlewood Suites because I live 4 hours away. Can anyone share supplies they have purchased and if you may have stayed at Candlewood Suites in Columbus..counting to the day I will be on the flatside again.

Sounds like you are ready! Lol.....For me I took off a week, but that was only because I work from home sitting at a computer. If I had to get dressed and leave that would not have been long enough. It depends in what you do for a living but slot of people I see take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks...Good luck to you
