Provider Review
Dr. Frank was awesome. He's very friendly and he understood how nervous I was. He entered the room soon after I got there and made me feel relaxed and assured me that it would be painless. His staff ordered all of us breakfast and soon after we ate he made the incision on the back of my head and then stitched me up. This took about 10 minutes or less. Next he made all of the donor incisions in the front and middle of my head for the graphs. I don't remember how long that took as I fell asleep. Throughout the day his technicians placed all of the graphs and Dr. Frank checked in on them often. There were 4 technicians total. 2 of them placing graphs while the other 2 cut the graphs. There were 3 different technicians placing the graphs. Freida probably did 75% of them and she was great. Freida looked at the graphs before she placed them to make sure they were cut correctly. David cut and placed a lot of graphs and Jessica helped Freida at the end to complete the procedure. They played music and I napped through most of it. At about the halfway point Dr. Frank asked me if I wanted a second valuim but I didn't feel like I needed it as I was relaxed and was listening to music. I wanted to be awake for the last half of the procedure. Afterwards I felt fine with no pain and I went home and slept great. I was able to sleep on my side and I'm taking it easy watching TV this weekend. I go back in 2 weeks to have Jessica remove my stitches.
