Finally Got My Butt Implants Removed

I got my implants removed 5/2016. I've been asked what my butt looks like now. I took these pictures today. My god given butt did not look like this. I was flat as a board. This is the result of having fat injected into my butt during my second surgery to attempt to make the implants look better. A lot of the fat lived and that's what is giving me some projection now that my implants are gone.

great! thank you for posting! so you got fat injectted in your glutes after you removed your implants ?

No before I got them removed. I had a revision surgery done 5/2014. I had to have my right implant taken out and scar tissue removed and the pocket fixed, then the implant was put back. At that time my doc did Lipo of my flanks and injected that fat into my butt.

does the intramuscular musle doesn't gets damage when you removed the butt implant? like afterwards you can still exercise? im just curiose cause i want mine out but fear how would my butt look afterwards and that maybe the muscles will get damage ?

Wow,yes ur after butt is not that bad.I had my implants remove after 9 days,yes ladies,9.i got an infection,so it's gotta go........to be honest I feel I have a meatier butt,haha,I mean before surgery I'm flat,now I got a cut butt....I can't run yet,I do jog before the surgery,sometimes my scar still hurts,or the surrounding area in the upper scar....I haven't tried deadlifts and barbell squats yet....so I think I'm still healing,and I'm taking it slow,I brisk walk now..oh I had surgery may 2016

Wow - you retained the majority of your fat from your second butt job! Grawe did an amazing job with that surgery. Still looks really good without implants!

I don't live in Columbus and Dr. Grawe did my last 2 surgeries. I hated the implants that is why I had them removed

Sorry I didn't see this post before I answered you back. I used to live in ohio and that's how I found Dr. Grawe and I loved her so much that I traveled back to see her to get The implants removed. She's the only one i trust

As a person who is also unsatisfied with their butt implant procedure I wanted to thank you for sharing your experience. Ive been doing alot of research on butt implant removal and they litterally have no info on it and dont have any pics. Mine are super hard and visible. I clearly told my Dr I wanted them to feel natural and he did what he wanted and basically lied to me and took my money. Smh I no longer trust or believe in plastic surgeons. Which is why I dont want to invest any more money into it... If my removal turns out like yours I will be super happy. U look great!

I also could never find information on removal before I got mine. I was terrified of what my butt would look like but I was in so much discomfort that I just had to do it. How long have you had your implants?

Ive had mine in for a year now and they have not gotten any softer like the doctor promised me they would. Im not even happy with them or comfortable and to top it all off he wants to charge me $2000 to remove them

I got butt implants years ago and the original surgeon, Dr. Kurtzman, ruined me. After that I had to find another surgeon to try to fix my butt. I got an implant revision and Lipo from my flanks with the fat injected into my butt with Dr. Grawe. It was great, she was and is amazing, but I ultimatly decided that I just hate them. I hated how awful they felt. I got my implants removed and it feels fantastic. When I was researching this before having the removal procedure done I couldn't find any pics of ppl who have had this done and I hated it! So I want to post pics of what my butt looked like the day I got them removed and I hope others find comfort in this. I have posted photos of my before with implants and my after without them.

Ooh wow... Girl in my opinion they looked absolutly beautiful on u.. What chape and size did u had? Where they really that hard? I am very small like you and i am afraid to have them done because some people say they feel hard but others seams to love them.. So comfusing.

Thank you, and yes they were hard. Everytime I sat down they would protrude from the side and they felt awful. If I sat for too long I would lose feeling In my leg. Mine were round and I believe 301cc

I don't. I can take some and post them. I got them removed this past May so it wasn't to long ago. If I worked out it would help a lot, but I've been bad and I haven't been :/
But I'm happy with the way my butt looks now and it will look a lot better when I start working out again

Oh wOW. I never hear that reaction of the solid implants.. I guess for us that we are too small those solid implants are not good.. I like u have not fat in my butt to camouflage them, actually i think u have some butt even without your implants i can see u have some meat back there .. But i have nothing ... Thanks u gor responding.. Hope u are doing well... Ur review help me to decide the semi solid implants are not for me either
