Hello! I am highly considering Dr. Heck and my frame is very similar. Since it has been a few months how do your breast look now? Do you feel he was worth the extra costs compared to other physicians? How do your scars look underneath? In other consultations I have been encouraged to do a nipple incision. I hope to hear back from you! Thank you!!
Well I am very satisfied with my results.. my scars are also healing very well I think.. I am glad I went under the breast because it hides well in the crease of the breast.. I have been using the scar gel maybe once twice aday if lucky mainly coconut oil all over my breast which is good for the stretching of the skin also... they are getting softer and have not dropped much but are looking much better as time goes by... I will update my photos as well as incisions so you can see the progress for yourself.. I would use Dr. Heck again .. if that helps at all..

375 cc under the muscle hp
So 5 days post opp... I guess I 4got to tell everyone that I had 375 cc silicone high profile implants... I am very thin framed and have a narrow chest .. which is why.. didn't have much breast tissue to begin with... not even filling an A cup... I was very nervous the day of surgery... but must say things went very smoothly. Had surgery on Friday came home wrapped up and in not much pain at all.... more uncomfortable then anything... ice helps.. taking deep breathes was hard but helpful... when things got tight I iced didn't take but half a pain pill at a time... 5 total ... the worst part was and still is sleeping on my back... pillows to prop you up especially the first days.... I did have to take a valuim the first night to get comfortable and finally sleep... but the recovery process has been great.. eating lotsa fruits and veggies.. smoothies protein... had post op on monday and put into a surgical bra..back to work day 4... managing at a restaurant...no bruising or bleeding at incisions...swelling continues to go down.. still an odd feeling but adjusting...
