I have never been happy with my breast size. In my
Best fitness level I was a 32 A/B at 120lbs. On my average fitness level I was 34A/B maybe at 125-130. Depending on my fitness level my breast decrease to almost nothing... which always made me very self conscious, and forget about trying to find clothes that fit properly. So after 8ish years of thinking about it, I decided to go for it. I found Dr Robert Heck during my research and was very pleased with the reviews and consultation. Today is day 5 post op and I can see the difference. I will say that I took the doctors advice very carefully and cleaned out my diet 1 month pre surgery to facilitate a speedy recovery. I also use medical grade essential oils and eat more than the normally recommended servings of vegetables and proper protein amount. I also stay very active and have gone on 3x 15-20 min walks post surgery which have been amazing. You can see in the photo the big change. I also use a implant stabilizer bra all day and sleep in it. I clean my incision 2 times a day and drink 8-12 cups of ginger and turmeric tea a day. I stopped taking the narcotics after day 3 but still take 1/2 serving of the muscle relaxer and antibiotics. Tylenol extra strength seems to do he trick. I also take 2-3 naps during the day. I will post more photo in the future.

Thank you! I turkey believe in preparing well in advance for surgery and reduce unnecessary stress to be the best results. We definitely get what we pay for... no no cheap or "sale" options for cosmetic surgery in my opinion. I also went with someone with 10+ years of experience to reduce the likelihood of complications.

Where did he place your implants? Under or above the muscle?

As I have been healing and trying not to look at my breast too much since the final results will not be seen for a few months... I am starting to think that I should have gone a little bigger.... I selected a 275cc but think many the 300cc souls have been a better choice. Maybe I have "boob" envy like some ladies say lol either way I will say that drinking home made turmeric or ginger tea with fresh cinnamon has been wonderful in managing the inflammation. The turmeric pills just don't work the same as the real fresh tea. Oh.. and I don't know about anyone else, but wearing the bra 24/7 is such a challenge! I have developed small bruises in certain areas thanks to one of the bra. : / Thank God one of the ladies at the surgeons office recommend I purchased a different brand so that I could alternate between the two. Lastly, my scar is healing nicely I think. The scar ointment and essential oils have helped a lot. Also, did notice a faster improvement once I started using a water and Himalayan salt solution to clean the incision instead of hydrogen peroxide like i was instructed to do.
