Wow it's been awhile since I've been on here. A quick update... I have a follow up today with my surgeon. I think things are going great! I LOVE my new boobs!
I went and had my first fitting at VS (they're having their semi-annual sale). I haven't bought a real bra since getting them done. I had a few lightly lined "medium" size soft band bras that I've been wearing. So at VS I measured 34DDD!!! Holy crap the bras look huge! I ended up buying a 34DD that I loved the fit. Here are a couple of pictures.

I'm just passed 4 weeks post op. I'm loving them more and more every day. They're finally starting to look a little more natural. My incisions look great (although they're really hard from the scar tissue).
I tried on my competition bikini top for fun. I wasn't sure if I'd need to buy another bikini. Thankfully, I think I'll be able to use this again since they're not cheap. Lol!
I have my 1 month post op appointment next Tuesday. I'm excited to see what they say!

My scars were bumpy and hard until around 6 to 7 weeks, then they started to flatten out. I hope yours will as well. You should be getting over all the ouchies soon, too.

2 weeks post op
Yesterday I was 2 weeks post op. I think the ladies look lovely; however, I am having a lot of pain on my left side. I think I overdid it carrying my son. So my PS's nurse put my on an anti inflammatory regiment for 3-4 days and resting the muscles. Not lifting the baby as much.
Because of my muscle irritation, I've been told to wait on massages. I've been looking forward to them, to be honest, so I'm a little bummed.

I'm going in a week to get 450 M+ and i'm SO nervous thinking they're going to be HUGE. But i'm about the same size as you and yours look like they'll be great! This made me feel better.

I'm extremely happy with 450. I thought it would be too big and then I had a little "boob greed" but now... totally happy. It's noticeable but not overly fake.
