And still loving them! Almost 7 years and I am happy as I was on procedure day, this far no issues or regrets. I am very happy I got them. When I have lip liner lipstick + gloss on with my makeup i will add another photo. I have been lacking on my skincare so please dont mind my bare dry uneven skintone! )
ALSO, I have not received any filler in my lips as I haven't felt the need. (that is always an option later on down the road if I loose volume in my lips as I age--You can get a small amount of filler on top on the permalip Implants.

did they ever get soft or are they forever hard? thats my biggest worry. i dont want to kiss someone and they can feel the hardness in my lips. if they did soften, can you compare the softness to a certian object so i have an idea? and around what time did they soften? weeks later? months, years?

are they staying in place for you? no shifting? my one side of the top implant got shifted and it is extremely annoying. Have been considering either removal or maybe try fixing them first. Not sure if worth..

Update-Its october 5 2018, 3 years since i had my permalip implants surgery and im still LOVING my permalip top and bottom implants! No issues or problems. Im so happy i had them done by Dr. Simmons. Deffintitly well worth it!!!
