Dr. Sexton is a Breast Implant GOD - Columbia, SC

Still very happy. When I got my implants I had very little breast tissue of my own, & I had previously gained weight then lost it so I had extra skin (which was perfect for implants). Dr. Sexton suggested going under the muscle because of my lack of breast tissue to help hide the implant & give a natural look. Absolutely the right decision. The implants feel, move, & set completely normal. I don't feel awkward or abnormal. It took a little getting used to at first (2months at most). Biggest difference was I felt heavy at first, lol, but soon got used to it. I still attest its the best decision I've ever made. Completely changed my self confidence, made me comfortable in my own skin. P.S. the kind I got (gummy) are very durable. Im not a careful person, accident prone, clumbsy, & active by nature-never had a problem with implants.

I had my implants in 2011. I went from an A/B to a D & insisted on a natural look. I wanted them to sag like natural breasts, not stand up or look all round-that looks horrible & so fake. He gave me exactly what I wanted. My operation experience & recovery was super smooth. It really didn't even hurt that blivead. I was up doing light house work day 3 post-op. Its not scary or a miserable recovery. You'll just be a little sore for a short time but the pain med he gives you is sufficient. In the end you'll be happy you did it.

Thank you for sharing your story on RealSelf. Glad you had a smooth recovery. What type and size implants did you get? That's great to hear you are still pleased with your results 2 years post op!

Just curious...what are your body stats? Often times women try to find reviews of other women with similar body stats and implant sizes. This way they can view photos (if posted,) or ask questions of the RealSelf member who already had their surgery.

I am 5'4" 135lbs when I had my surgery, now I am 150lbs a couple years later. Im willing to post after pics, not sure if submitted pics go thru some kind of approval (to blur nipples or whatever) but I would be willing to post. I no longer have before pics, but may be able to get them from Dr. Sexton's office.

Wow, you're right. You look very natural. I never would have guessed you had implants from your photos. No need to hide nudity within reviews, so thanks for posting!
