590cc UHP Submuscular, 5’6, 150 lbs

So so happy I chose Dr Simmons for my breast augmentation! Couldn’t be more happy at 11 days post op! Can’t wait to see my final result in a few months when my breasts have dropped and fluffed.
Started as a flat 34B, now currently able to fill out a 34DDD at Victoria Secret at 1.5 weeks post op. There’s still quite a bit of dropping and softening that my breasts need to do but I love the way they are shaping up! Recovery was rough for first 3 days but after that, I feel very normal. Very happy!!

So everything seems to be on track and looking good for my 2 week check up! I feel normal, not on any meds currently, and finally wearing a breast band. Only experiencing mild soreness in breasts while doing the massages, but no stiffness or actual pain.
Only concern now is having too much upper pole fullness right now and not much lower pole. My implants seem to want to just stay high in my chest. I can easily push my implants down into my lower breast but they don’t stay. My muscles don’t feel tight over them. I hope in time, I lose some upper pole fullness and round out more at the bottom.

21 days!!! Man I feel great! My breasts are becoming noticeably softer when I do my massages and I’m currently a 34DD, up from my original 34B. I know it’s gonna take more time for my girls to “drop” into a more natural looking position but I am definitely seeing a difference! Back to feeling rather normal, as if I never had surgery and just woke up with bigger boobs!! Haha!!!
Downsides: Seeing some new red stretch marks on the sides of my breasts. I guess that wasn’t to be unexpected really, but they will fade in time!
