One Year Post Op!!!
WORTH IT
So a whole year has flew by! My breasts definitely feel like their mine now. Since my implants ARE sub muscular, I do notice their position changing if I’m using my arms or lifting. Also have some slight drooping of pre surgery excess breast skin over my left breast but it’s not noticeable unless I’m naked lol. I will probably have a breast lift in a few years to correct this issue and raise my nipple position a bit higher. Overall very pleased with my surgery and outcome! Still in 36DD!

Hello 5 weeks!!!!
Finally at 5 weeks today! 35 days. Still early in recovery, and I must keep that in mind. Love my clevage, and increased self confidence since surgery. Only concern right now is that I may of needed a “lift” when I had my augmentation. Starting to see “Snoopy boobs” and it’s been a bummer. My nipples are still low, I have saggy breast tissue at the bottom, but my implants are still very high. So I guess we’ll see. I have an appointment in 2 days for a checkup, so we will see what to do!

Droopy skin over my implants...
Sooo I was told I didn’t need a lift when I had my implants placed. I’m almost 5 weeks post op now and for the most part (90%) I’m very happy with them. They look great in cleavage-baring clothing and I’m not having any type of discomfort.
The cons right now: they aren’t “squishy” or soft feeling yet. They don’t move like natural breasts, as I’ve heard most people have with silicone. They are large submuscular implants though so I’m hoping they still will soften up quite a bit.
Biggest con: I have extra breast tissue “hanging” off the end of implants. It’s basically all my “pre breast” tissue and worried now that I should of gotten a breast lift (and now will need one). Really hope my implants fall lower or something changes in the next month, it’s definitely not a good sight when I bend over naked right now... ugh. Kinda depressed over this.

I hope this issue resolves for you! My before breasts were very much like yours. I was a 32/34 A/B and had my surgery July 6th. I was so shocked when my surgeon suggested a full lift because I’m only 30 and no kids. Just wasn’t something I even thought about. I went back and forth but am SO glad I trusted him and got the lift. It’s given me the exact look I wanted. Maybe talk to your plastic surgeon at your next follow up? Will be looking for your updates! We all want to love our end results :)
Thank you! I see him in two days for a follow up! Hopefully I can get some answers.
