24, 5'7, 150 Lbs, No Kids, Athletic, 415cc and 450cc SRF/HP Silicone Implants - Columbia, SC

I have been completely cleared to resume all activities, sleep however I want, and wear any kind of bra for two weeks now. My scars are getting a lot better and my breasts are getting softer. They're still high though and need to drop. At my 6 week post op appointment I was complaining so my surgeon gave me a band to wear that should help them drop. He said i don't have to use it though. I've worn it once for about 20 minutes but it was very uncomfortable so I took it off.

At 5 weeks I feel really good! My surgeon says at 6 weeks the implants will still be high but they will start to drop between 6-8 weeks. He says not to buy bras until 12 weeks though! I am so ready for them to drop and fluff!

I had my four week post op appointment this week. My surgeon said everything looks and feels good. He said my breasts would continue to bulge on top until 6 weeks. He said somewhere between 6 to 8 weeks they start to change a lot and drop and fluff. He recommends not buying bras until I am 12 weeks post op because they will continue to change.

At this point I am feeling that I should have gone bigger. In clothes they look very proportional but I feel like they look small outside of clothes. I know these thoughts and feelings are typical though.
