WORTH IT$2,500

I had the liposonix done on my lower abdomen 4 months ago and lost approximatley 2-3 inches in my lower abdomen. I did not have my upper abdomen done at that time because I have a lapband and there was some question if I could have the procedure done on that area. I had the procedure done on my abdomen and flanks treated this past Friday. I was given a Toradol shot, Valium and a vicodin and the procedure was painful but tolerable there were some areas on the flanks that we had to turn the settings down. Today is day three and I'm very bruised but thats ok because I know they used the highest settings. I will keep you updated on the results.

Well it has been 12 weeks since I had my liposonix and I thought I would update my status; I had both my flanks and abdomen treated. I lost 1 inches on my flanks and 2 1/4 on my abdomen area. I would reccomend the procedure to anyone who has a problem area this is not a tool for weight loss. People have complained about it being painful it is somewhat painful but so is surgery. I would suggest talking to your Doctor that is doing the service and have them do muptiple passes at a lower setting to make it nore tolerable and also request pain meds. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

It sounds like you had a really great result! Any tips for those getting ready to have the procedure? Did you have any negative side effects elsewhere after the procedure? Would you think taking arnica would help with the bruising? I'd love to see a new photo, too.
