As long as I can remember, I always wanted bigger...

As long as I can remember, I always wanted bigger breasts. All the girls in my family have plenty of sexy curves, except for me. I guess I missed out in that gene! but thank goodness for plastic surgeons who can fix my little problem! After breast feeding both my children past the year mark, I was left with small 32A boobies. My surgeon told me I had plenty of breast tissue and my skin was nice and thick. I'm glad the girls didn't sag! No more small breasts for 2014, so I found Dr. Spiers who is amazing and performs magic! booked my surgery date and never looked back! During my consult I told him what I wanted and showed him a picture of the boobies I wanted, we didn't decide on a size then cause he explained me, during surgery he would do the sizers, and go from there. So here is experience so far... Get ready to read!

Week before surgery I filled all of my prescriptions, Nausea, percoset for pain, flexiril for muscle spasms, antibiotics, sleeping meds. Also vitamin C, a stool softener and my multi vitamins.

6-26-2014: Surgery went good, I told the anesthesiologist to give me something for nausea since I was afraid of vomiting, and he took good care of me. He gave me two different types of nausea meds. They worked!! When I woke up from surgery, I felt so tired, the nurses kept on telling me to stay awake, they already had called my husband who was waiting for me. They helped me get dressed and the ride home went smooth. I think I still had good pain meds in my system cause I didn't feel any of the bumps on the road. That first day I kept up with my meds and was not in pain. I just felt so hungry! My nurse called me asked me to look at my girls to make sure everything looked even, and they did! OMG! I was shocked by how beautiful they looked!! However the swelling hadn't set yet... Sleeping at a 45 degree angle was a bit tough, but the couch helped a lot!

6-27-2014: I felt tired, really sore, the swelling was bad, the girls looked huge, I had a lot of swelling in between the girls too! my rib cage too! I couldn't lift my arms. My ribs hurt so bad. Pain was good, my chest just felt tight and I had some nausea. I had a really hard time sleeping.

6-28-2014: Day 2 post-op. Sleeping on the couch was my best choice. I still felt sore, everything as the previous day. I started to get a rash in between the girls... My breasts were so swollen and they felt hot, but I didn't have a temperature.

3 Days Post-Op: Same as day 2, The rash looked really bad, red and swollen, Pain wise, I felt great. I was not taking anything except at night just to help me sleep. I was still sleeping on the couch. I got to shower too!!! with my husbands help that is. I don't think he mind helping me shower either, he washed my hair! It was a good bonding moment I guess.

4 Days Post-Op: Pain is very minimal. Not taking anything except at night to help me sleep. Felt tired and had some nausea, the rash was still there...

5 Days Post-Op: Feeling somewhat tired at times. Had some nerve shooting pain, very normal, it wasn't too bad. Went for a walk, and I could feel the girls with every step! not painful.. I just could feel the weight of the girls being there. I felt so out of shape too! I went to see my PS about the rash, he gave me a cream to apply 3 times daily. He told me the girls looked great and everything else looked amazing. I had to agree with him!

6-7 Days P/O: Cream really helping with the rash, I'm starting to feel more like my self, not so tired anymore but I'm still sore and swollen.

9 Days P/O: Not sure why I was so excited about it, but I got to shave my arm pits and legs!! Still having a hard time sleeping. Part I think is cause I'm a tummy sleeper, and this thing about sleeping on my back is not helping! I'm having nerve pain, but it's not a big deal. Rash is looking better.

11 Days P/O: I'm feeling amazing! more like my old self, not so tired anymore and last night I was able to sleep on my side. The Rash is looking so much better too.

2 weeks P/O: Had my two week check up and my PS likes how everything is looking, rash included. He took off the surgical tape and I got to see my incisions, wow! he is good!!! The incision for my right breast looks very even and perfect! The Left breast incision is a little more raised but looks really nice too. No Pain, and my rash is almost gone!

7-12-14 (16 days P/O): I Feel great! got to dust around the house, I felt tired after, but I felt useful haha! I can lift my arms all the way up with minimal tightness. No pain. Incisions look great just a little sore when I touch them. Breasts feel softer, but they still look high. Swelling around the ribs is gone, just a little sore still. Been sleeping on my side.

7-30-14 (5 weeks P/O): I feel great, the girls have soften up so much! I can't wait for the full effect of the drop and fluff. I can do everything, except I'm not lifting anything too heavy. So far I'm very happy with my results, how they look, how they feel. Clothes shopping has been a blast! I can't wait to go shopping for some bikinis! I'm so excited! Since the swelling is gone, and they look smaller, I'm very happy with the size. I know the girls still have some changing to do, but I'm very happy so far.

I don't think so... The only way to repair stretched skin is with surgery.. Maybe a good supportive Bra can help keep them in place too..

Thank you ladies! It's been a great journey so far! Rock melon, I'm 5"4, 110 lbs, 32A sometimes a 32b depending on the bra. And I breastfed both kiddos past the year mark. I'm not sure what size I'm at this time...but so excited to try on some VS bras soon! Oh happy shopping!!

I mean 5'4"!!

Thank you. You're a little slimmer, and just a tiny bit shorter than I am - I'm getting 360cc round unders (was going for 340 - but thinking I may want just a tiny bit bigger), small a/b on one and full b on the other (asymmetry) and b/fed one little peanut for almost 14 months. . .AND if mine turn out like yours I'll be very happy :-) Thanks for your review - I bet you're having the best time time shopping :-)

I know what you mean... I breast fed one peanut 14 months and the other 15 months, she was not willing to let it go. I don't regret feeding for so long, it was a very especial time with them, but my boobies shrank! Thanks to my surgeon he fixed that! lol I'm very happy with my size. Sometimes bob greed gets to me and I sorta wish I went bigger, but then I think Victoria secret has super nice push up bras that will give me a little boost in size without having permanent weight! So yes I'm happy with my size. The hubby thinks they are perfect and loves the size. (He actually thought they would be smaller)

Arg! I meant the second peanut was fed 16 months... Buttons are too close...

You were a champion breastfeeder! And it is a special time, but mine ended up being a 'biter'. . I physically could not b/feed her in the end, she nearly took my nipple off :-( I know exactly what you mean, mine are deflated - but not for much longer! I think yours look PERFECT now! They are just the right size!! I was reading if you go too big they can make you look a bit fat.
