I had an Ultherapy full neck treatment done yesterday. Was it painful? Yep. Was it tolerable? Yes. I took only some Naproxen sodium, and it was fine. The procedure hurts the most near the jawline and the collar bones, but it was still tolerable. I had just a tiny bit of redness as I left the office. I was shocked to see an immediate improvement, and no, it isn't my imagination! I'm looking forward to seeing my neck in 120 days. I'll post the pics then.

No one could tell, but I saw some redness. I'm a little surprised that I'm still somewhat sore after 18 days. My neck continues to improve, though, I'm happy to say! It don'ts feel as if it's 'puddling' into my breastbone any more when I look down. can't wait to post pics at the three month mark.

Hi! Nice result! I am interested in getting Ulthera as well but so scared of fat melt/negative result. Could you please tell me what transducer you used for lower face? 3 or 4.5mm? and how intensive it was 1 or 2?

I haven't done lower face, just the neck. I'm considering it, but I'm worried about fat loss, too.

Thanks for your reply. only the neck? wow, the result really amazes me because your lower face is also lifted and tightened to me. have you consulted your physician about fat loss? Mine said it will not cause fat loss if its done properly. but i am really scared after reading so many negative feedback

Seems I have read it will not cause fat loss from MDs on this site. Do your research, though. Loss of fat on the face would be devastating.
