I didn't consider breast augmentation until after...

I didn't consider breast augmentation until after the birth of my first child. Prior to children I was a perky but small 34 b cup, that never bothered me, until I was left with sad deflated breasts. I love my children it was worth it, but if you can fix that aspect of your body, well why not. I did my research for over a year. I have a couple of friends that have had it done and they looked amazing. I went to two consults and I picked my favorite, she was so kind and knowledgeable. A week later I went back to her office to pay for my deposit and set the surgery date, they informed me that she was longer taking on new surgerys until after the first of the year due to a change in hospital affiliations. I was back to consulting with a different surgeon as I wanted to have the surgery done before the end of the year. It was a difficult decision to make, but I did go with a different surgeon than I anticipated. I decided to go with Dr. Gregory Urban, he was also knowledgeable, but he lacked beside manners. I showed him pictures of what I expected and we decided on 450cc memory gel implants. I'll give my stats for reference.

I had some asymmetry prior to surgery, which he had explained he would need to go bigger on one side than the other. I had surgery, the process was not as bad as I had imagined. To fast forward I am now 9 months post op. My right implant is still high, and makes my asymmetry even more noticeable. I have gone back with concerns relating to he higher implant, after 3 months he said it would drop in time. Now that I am at 9 months post op he has agreed to do a revision. What I have a hard time with is that his office does not return calls, if you have a question you have to call several times until they can be reached, and when you finally get through they tell they will call you back after speak with the doctor and again you have to call back as they do not return calls. I had a recent appointment with the Dr. To voice my concerns over the high implant, he acted as if he was upset with me, and as if I were taking up his time. I am having second thoughts of having him do my revision not of lack of knowledge but lack of professionalism. I am his patient and I expect to be treated with respect.

Dr. Urban was very informative, but lacks bedside manners, if I could do it over I would have waited for the surgeon I had originally decided on.
