About the surgery and postop pics
Hey gusta I wanted to tell you about the details of the surgery. I got 310ccs natrelle inspira, I chose this size since it was the biggest implant my breast pocket could fit, I had the option of 285cc but I read about the boob greed so I decided I would prefer to go big than small, and I don't regret my decision at all. My BA was performed through the inframmamary incision (under the muscle) for several reasons: 1. My areola is very small and 2. Since I haven't had any kids but my husband and I want to have some in the nearby future, I want to be able to breastfeed my babies. So I understood that if you do it through the areola there may be some damage to the milk ducts and I didn't want to risk it. Also I wanted to keep my small nipples, I was afraid that if they did it through the areola it would get bigger. The day before the survey I was really nervous, but I tried to distract myself by doing laundry, cleaning, doing the dishes. Also, the day before the surgery I went to see the anesthesiologist and my surgeon, he marked me up and i was so clumsy cause I think from all the things I was doing the lines he drew started to go blurry, and almost erased (kinda freaked out)! They day of the surgery my husband took me to the clinic and I went in at 8:30, at 9:20 I was at surgery and by 11 my BA was done. I woke up and I felt pretty cold, I remembered i started to tremble but the nurse said that was normal after anesthesia. They were so friendly! I was very thirst after surgery, and my throat was so sore because they put a tube down your throat to help you breath or something like that. At 12:30 I was discharged, and I got to go home! Prepare yourself a good spot on the bed prior to the surgery, cause you need to rest a lot the first day! Your back will hurt the first days, at least that was what I felt, since I am a side sleeper, and you have to sleep on your back (not totally lying down, but kinda upright)! I would recommend that after the first 24 hours you should get off the bed and walk around your house very carefully to help your back pain! The boob pain is tolerable, I would have to say I expected the worst but it wasn't that at all. You feel very sore and a lot of pressure, my surgeon called me several times just to see how I was doing, I loved that. Well girls I think this was a very long post, just wanted to write an overall post about the surgery and first days and I will post my 10 days Post op pics

Hello everyone! I decided to share my journey and process of my BA since i feel this site has helped me on so many levels such as what to expect and after care. I decided on getting a BA last year, I didn't know when exactly I wanted to do it, however on June i went to my first consultation and That same day I scheduled my surgery. Since that moment I decided to prepare for that day, buying everything I needed. I'm 9 days post op and I feel great, the first days are the hardest, since you feel pressure and you can't really move your arms, you need help for the first 48 hours and after that you start to feel better, your body starts to accept your new boobs and I love how mine look now! I'm from Colombia and My surgery was done by Dario Felipe Cabello, he is one of the best and he has been the best! If anyone needs more information I would be glad to help! I'll do another post of the after BA results
