Dr. Dario Felipe Cabello is the most wonderful plastic surgeon in the world. I want to express my full happiness because I feel spectacular seeing my results. He really changed my life. The attention of the team is so professional. 1000% recomended!
The experience with Dr. Dario Felipe was beyond what I expected. I was extremely happy with the results from my nose job which really boosted my confidence. The results were realistic just as I wanted. I also experienced a painless post-op thanks to all the recommendations the doctor gave me. I got cero bruises or inflammation. Dr. Dario Felipe was always willing to respond to any doubt I had after the surgery. Communication with the doctor was fast and easy. I would recommend him for any type of procedure without any doubts.
Best doctor ever. I would highly recommend Dr. Dario Felipe Cabello, MD, both he and his staff were very professional and accommodating, they make you feeling like at home and part of the family. I am going back next year to have my breast procedure . The photos that I am attached are after a month I will post some more later on.
This doctor is amazing!!! I was really nervous about getting a liposculpture because I had never gotten plastic surgery. He is so professional. He made me feel confident. Even on the day of the surgery, he saw me while I was being prepared. He told me everything would be okay. I am very happy with the results. It was worth the pain. I definetly recommend Doctor Dario Felipe Cabello!
So I’ve been contemplating getting this done for years and I have finally decided to pull the trigger. Over the last couple of months I have reduced my weight from 265 lbs. to my current weight of 245 lbs. (I don't see many reviews for us bigger guys- one of my main reasons for posting) I do a lot of weight lifting, biking and swimming and have no problems with stamina and endurance but have always had a very hard time with my weight on my love handles and stomach ever since I was a teen. I plan to continue working out as soon as I’m cleared by my PS but without the belly butt and love handles my focus and motivation will not suffer due to my life long problem areas. I struggle the closer I get to my target weight of 225 lbs. and end up injuring myself from pushing it too hard and then find myself sidelined for three to six months recovering. My hopes are to give myself an additional advantage in certain areas. I am flying to Colombia next Friday and will have my surgery done the following Monday. I’ve researched for a solid 6 months prior to making my decision and feel confident with my choice. My wife whom has told me I don’t need to do this understands this is very important to me and fully supports my journey. I struggle the closer I get to my target weight of 225 lbs. and end up injuring myself from pushing it too hard and then find myself sidelined for three to six months recovering. My hopes are to give myself an additional advantage in certain areas. So here goes and wish me luck!!! ? Updated on 24 Oct 2015: So I only have one day and a wake up. My surgery us at 2pm Monday morning. I've had my initial visit with my PS and blood tests and a EKG done this morning. Being that I'm 40 they want to take extra precautions and have been very thorough. I'm nervous but at the same time excited!! I'll keep updating as possible since most likely I'll spend the first night in the hospital. Updated on 27 Oct 2015: 4 hours surgery : After filling out all my final documentation I was given a surgery gown, weighed, and marked with a pen prior to surgery. I then removed my surgery gown and stood in a large stainless steel tray while a nurse scrubbed me down with antibacterial surgery soap. After laying on the table I was pretty cold at that point but was not long before I had an IV and the anesthesiologist started to put me under. I had just enough time to say adios and then I woke up while they were moving me to the recovery room. I had a catheter put in during surgery and glad at the moment because I had to go and faintly remember the doctor telling me to go. Once I got to the recovery I was freezing from all the fluids and quickly got warmed up with a heater blowing warm air under my blankets. My throat was extremely sore from 4 hours of surgery and was told I needed to wait before I drank any water. About an hour later I was given a small amount of apple juice and wish I would have waited because it made me extremely nauseated but the very friendly staff quickly got me something in my IV that helped out. This happened two other times but only lasted about 5 min. After about 4 hours in recovery I was taken to my room where I was able to get as comfortable as expected. I was given a shot to help thin the blood and slept on and off through the night waking up periodically as nurses would come check on me. The following day my PS game by to talk, let me know he was pleased with the results and if I had any questions. I was released around 2pm and have minimum pain. I go tomorrow to have my drains removed and my first of 10 post messages. I will update more later. Updated on 29 Oct 2015: I’ve had three massages so far and I feel that I am getting better each day. The massages really stimulate the drainage of the upper torso and it all gets pushed to the very small drainage incision at the small of my lower back. The massages are similar to having a deep Swedish massage after being very sore from going to the gym. It’s not pleasurable but not unbearable and really is necessary to maximize the final results you’re looking for. My PS told me that the surgery is the easiest part and all of the important and critical work is done after with the massages, wearing the compression garments, and proper diet post-surgery. Due to the swelling of the family jewels I have been prescribed a diuretic to assist with getting rid of the excess fluids. This makes me have to urinate at least once every 10 minutes and all of the up and down also makes the drainage in my lower back stay pretty active. The only challenge is after I get back to my room and with the drainage at a good steady drip it makes for using the bathroom (which requires changing a man diaper) somewhat of a challenge but I think I have the hang of it now. Other than that I have been prescribed pain medication, three injections of a medicine to thin the blood to help prevent blood clots (also wearing compression socks), a cream for the skin and the bruising and an antibiotic. The diuretic and injections are once a day for a total of 4 days, the antibiotic is one every 12 hours and the pain medicine is once every 8 hours. I’ll update this more when I think of more pertinent information that I would have liked to know prior to having this surgery for anyone thinking about doing it in the future. I’ll get some post op pics up in the next couple of days but do have a small amount of swelling which is normal. Regards Updated on 30 Oct 2015: Here are some 4th day post op pictures prior to going to my 4 or 10 post lipo massages. The groin area swelling is slowly reducing and is just uncomfortable walking but causes no pain. Another tip prior to surgery would to be save all areas of torso, underarms and groin area as it makes removing of bandages so much easier. Regards Updated on 11 Nov 2015: Two weeks out and I'm feeling better each day. My swelling is moving down my body as gravity helps along the process and most of my bruising is just a out gone. I feel my skin is healing and has been a little more itchy and uncomfortable but is expected as the skin heals back to the mucscle. The hardest part now is waiting to get back to the gym. I'm going to start light stationary bike and elliptical this Monday as it will be 3 weeks. I'm going to hold out on lifting until week 4 and slowly build up depending on how I feel. All update more and upload more photos as I go along. As of now I am extremely glad I finally had this done!!! :-) Updated on 17 Dec 2015:
Hello everyone! I decided to share my journey and process of my BA since i feel this site has helped me on so many levels such as what to expect and after care. I decided on getting a BA last year, I didn't know when exactly I wanted to do it, however on June i went to my first consultation and That same day I scheduled my surgery. Since that moment I decided to prepare for that day, buying everything I needed. I'm 9 days post op and I feel great, the first days are the hardest, since you feel pressure and you can't really move your arms, you need help for the first 48 hours and after that you start to feel better, your body starts to accept your new boobs and I love how mine look now! I'm from Colombia and My surgery was done by Dario Felipe Cabello, he is one of the best and he has been the best! If anyone needs more information I would be glad to help! I'll do another post of the after BA results Updated on 6 Jul 2015: Hey gusta I wanted to tell you about the details of the surgery. I got 310ccs natrelle inspira, I chose this size since it was the biggest implant my breast pocket could fit, I had the option of 285cc but I read about the boob greed so I decided I would prefer to go big than small, and I don't regret my decision at all. My BA was performed through the inframmamary incision (under the muscle) for several reasons: 1. My areola is very small and 2. Since I haven't had any kids but my husband and I want to have some in the nearby future, I want to be able to breastfeed my babies. So I understood that if you do it through the areola there may be some damage to the milk ducts and I didn't want to risk it. Also I wanted to keep my small nipples, I was afraid that if they did it through the areola it would get bigger. The day before the survey I was really nervous, but I tried to distract myself by doing laundry, cleaning, doing the dishes. Also, the day before the surgery I went to see the anesthesiologist and my surgeon, he marked me up and i was so clumsy cause I think from all the things I was doing the lines he drew started to go blurry, and almost erased (kinda freaked out)! They day of the surgery my husband took me to the clinic and I went in at 8:30, at 9:20 I was at surgery and by 11 my BA was done. I woke up and I felt pretty cold, I remembered i started to tremble but the nurse said that was normal after anesthesia. They were so friendly! I was very thirst after surgery, and my throat was so sore because they put a tube down your throat to help you breath or something like that. At 12:30 I was discharged, and I got to go home! Prepare yourself a good spot on the bed prior to the surgery, cause you need to rest a lot the first day! Your back will hurt the first days, at least that was what I felt, since I am a side sleeper, and you have to sleep on your back (not totally lying down, but kinda upright)! I would recommend that after the first 24 hours you should get off the bed and walk around your house very carefully to help your back pain! The boob pain is tolerable, I would have to say I expected the worst but it wasn't that at all. You feel very sore and a lot of pressure, my surgeon called me several times just to see how I was doing, I loved that. Well girls I think this was a very long post, just wanted to write an overall post about the surgery and first days and I will post my 10 days Post op pics
First of all I want to say that I will have a long and unfortunate story unfortunately about my experience with Dr. Dario Felipe Cabello. I knew exactly what this operation meant and the risks, because I am a doctor in Romania. My friend had surgery 4 years ago at this doctor, she transferred fat to her buttocks and the result was extraordinary, I really liked it. I live in Romania, think about it, I could choose a doctor from Europe. 1 year ago to meet this doctor I talked to him on instagram and I told him that I really want to have a butt like my girlfriend and he said it's okay, he can do it.I always do sports, the last 7 years I went to the gym. in December 2020 I stopped playing sports so that I could gain weight, because I wanted to have enough fat for a beautiful result. I gained 8 kilograms and in May I spoke with an employee of his clinic who asked me for a set of tests and told me that the price for fat transfer and the renuvion device is $ 6,000. My boyfriend bought the plane tickets and in June I arrived in Baranquilla. on Tuesday I arrived at the clinic, the doctor looked at the tests and recommended a rheumatological consultation, because I have an autoimmune disease that is in remission. The rheumatologist recommended me to do some tests that were good and he said I could do the operation. before he operated on me, did he tell me that he would transfer a maximum of 300 ml to me? however, I asked him to put me more as maybe it will be too little and I will not like the result, but I think he put less than 300. I asked from the beginning to fill my sides. I would like to tell you that the doctor was very nice to me as a person while I was there, but I did so many kilometers from Romania to Colombia for a successful plastic surgery! From the beginning I said that I was interested in bottom surgery, since I was talking to his employee, especially the sides, not so much liposuction. I stayed 24 hours in the hospital where he operated on me, he visited me the next morning. on Wednesday I started having diarrhea. horrible. imagine that suit after liposuction with all the staples ... and I had 12-14 times a day. I did the sessions after liposuction and massages, then after a week I went home and kept in touch with the doctor on whatsapp.I met the doctor at his clinic at the massage sessions I was doing and I told him that I don't like what the result looks like and he said that there is a lot of inflammation, to expect it to look good. on June 13th I had surgery and on the 26th I sent him pictures and he said that I can already start the exercises, although it seems a bit fast, I waited another week. 3 weeks after the operation I told her that I had taken some pictures and that I was not happy with the result and that I expected her to look different. I sent pictures after 2 months and asked him what he thinks? and he said my abdomen looked good. [RS bleep] I did not go to Colombia for the abdomen! And he asked for other pictures with his ass and he said super, but it's horrible ... and he told me to go to the gym :)). omg. seriously? I spent 12,000 euros, I risked my life, because it is the most dangerous operation in the world and you send me to the gym? it's a joke. all this time I wore the girdle and slept on my stomach. yesterday I sent him some pictures and asked him what he thinks? and he told me I looked better and better. I will attach some pictures with me from 2020 in a swimsuit, then the pictures in which I gained weight after the operation and the unfortunate result. For everyone. who reads this message please look carefully for the doctor on whose hand you leave your body. I admit that I was depressed and cried for days and days, it's awful. I do not recommend this doctor for fat transfer in the buttocks at all !!! what bothers me the most is that he never said that the operation failed !!! But every time I showed him the pictures he asked me if I had been to the gym and about my nutritional plan. this is a joke!!! what I received is a joke, not a buttock augmentation operation! Now I had to find a doctor to fix what he did! I will attach the pictures, the ones in the beach suit are before the operation. those in black bra and panties are before surgery, and the rest are after surgery. Updated on 17 Oct 2021: is the first time I post on this site. I didn't know the photos didn't load. I hope this information helps you. I'm glad that this site exists and I'm sorry I didn't look for more before I had surgery. Updated on 19 Oct 2021: I put these photos with me from 2020, because someone accused me that these photos are not with my buttocks. I stated in the post that I was doing sports in 2020, but I was unhappy with my hips. For 6 months I stopped exercising and did not keep the diet to have enough fat for transfer. I had the operation on June 13, 2021. I circled in pictures the signs you see before and after the operation, because I was accused that these are not photos of my butt. I will prove with pictures that I told the truth and they are my own pictures, before and after the operation! Updated on 19 Oct 2021: Two days ago I decided to share with people around the world what I experienced, because in the last 4 months I experienced hundreds of moments of depression, anxiety, panic attacks, hours of crying, because maybe it's my fault that I didn't find out more. my friend had surgery on this doctor and I wanted a result like hers, this is why I chose to go to the other end of the world. I trusted this doctor 100%, because I really liked her result and I never thought that this operation would make me cry instead of happy. someone today commented to me that those pictures are not with my buttocks. imagine that these words made me cry, get angry and feel a high level of anxiety. I know that my buttocks now look disgusting: (and horrible, however, I do sports lightly, but my mental state is severely affected after this operation. I risked my life, I spent so much money, 12,000 euros in total. the recovery was very difficult, on Sunday he operated on me, and on Tuesday I started to have diarrhea. can you imagine what that means? when you wear Baja non-stop and your body is inflamed, full of pain? on Saturday I went to the doctor's clinic for infusions because I had severe diarrhea. I took treatment for diarrhea during this time and it didn't stop, I also ate on a diet. a week after the operation, I left for Romania, I changed my ticket 5 days earlier, because I couldn't stand staying there in the hotel anymore. In Romania I continued the treatment for diarrhea and diet, but it continued and stopped after I drank antibiotic for intestinal infections. I'm sure I took a bacterium out of the hospital. I was like this for 2 weeks with diarrhea, horrible. I posted several pictures with me before and after and look carefully, it's the same body, because today someone accused me of lying. I am a very committed person and I wrote the truth here. I know that maybe many will comment on why I chose the operation, if I looked like that before. I don't like the shape of my body, my shoulders are wide and no matter how much I work at the buttocks room, there will always be inequality between the top and hips. I wanted my butt to be fuller on the side and round, to help me have more confidence in myself. In the initial post I said that I do not recommend this doctor for fat transfer, which I claim even now. A few months before the operation, I ate and gained about 7-8 pounds because I thought I needed a lot of fat for a good result. everyone around me asks if I'm pregnant. Do you think this is not a psychological effort? my body was full of cellulite and I felt like an old woman, because I knew I needed a lot of fat to have a beautiful aesthetic result. I don't know exactly how much fat he used, because I don't see any changes in my buttocks, seriously. he said less than 300 / each butt. it is frustrating. this summer I stayed at home and cried every day, I couldn't enjoy anything. I didn't even go out with my friends. it made me feel so awful this failed operation! look for a lot of results, pictures before and after, talk to your doctor before, make sure he puts the necessary amount of fat for a beautiful result. I wore the faja suit daily, only when I took a shower I took it off, I slept on my stomach from the first day of the operation and until now, I used a chair pillow. I took great care of my buttocks, but my opinion didn't go well from the beginning. the operation lasted 5 hours, when I woke up I was shaking very, very, very hard, they put me in that suit, I was in serious pain and they took me to a post-surgery salon for 3 hours and they put me on back. the doctor came to greet me and left. Doctor Dario saw how they put me and I stayed like that until they took me to the salon room where I slept. there I asked the resident doctor to come and I explained that I had a fat transfer operation in my buttocks, and I think I should sit on my stomach and he said good, and my boyfriend helped me to change my position My boyfriend accompanied me on this journey and took care of me. When my boyfriend first saw me naked after the operation he said he didn't see any major change, he was honest with me. When I look at my body naked in the mirror, I think it's a joke. it does not look like a buttock augmentation operation! let's be serious! I hope that what I have shared helps other women or men who want a change in their body! I posted several pictures today and circled my typical signs on them. I circled because someone said the pictures weren't mine. for anyone who has doubts, look carefully and you will see that it is the same body, but in the pictures before I went to the gym more often.

So, I started out my journey ending of 2013, was planning to have a Brazilian butt lift and breast implants done in my home land, Baranquilla, Colombia. I reached out to a number of Dr's and had settled on Dr. Darios Felipe Cabello. He quoted me $4, 500 USD for both, and give and take another $500 for gurtles, pain killers ect (the after care). My husband and I ending up buying a house a year prior then expected and I was not able to go in 2014. We got to ending of 2014, then started again to plan for beginning of 2015. When I reached back out to Dr. Felipe and explained that I would only be interested in the Butt Lift, he then quoted me $4,000 for everything, stating prices have gone up since the year prior. Which I am fully aware of the inflation that occurred in Colombia due to the drop in gas prices & oil, but what I was also aware of was that the American Dollar was, in turn, more valuable in Colombia. After that, felt completely uneasy about this Dr's ethics. While searching again, my mother advised to stop telling Dr's I was coming from the United Stated, and simply say I was coming from Bogota (a city that is about the same distance from NY to FL). Which to my amazement, gave me a whole new range of prices :/
The breast implant decision depends on the numeric proportions of each patient. For experience in breast implant size is better to decide on the larger option. We need to take in consideration that the breast loose up to 20% of the original volume.
Any complication may occur during surgery do to many circumstances. However cauterizing burns are really rare if the entire surgery team is focused on the surgery. glad to help
For your degree of ptosis I strongly recommend a breast implant augmentation combined with a breast lift for a nice, natural and aesthetic result. The implant size and type of lift should be evaluated in the office.
For your athletic way of life I will recommend a tummy tuck the scar issue is important for patients and surgeons, However in my opinion I will not sacrifice the length of your scar for the final nice result. If you are caucasian you have less possibility of scar problems and its position varies depending on your underwear and bikini model, so it will be hided.glad to help
I consider that all the extremes are not beneficial. It is important to consider other persons experience but prevent of being dragged blinded to a decision. A guided decision is important for a nice result, because every body and the response to any change is different. What I strongly recommend is to choose a certified plastic surgeon and that you feel confident with him
