Thank you for reaching out. It is good to share. I dont feel i was well informed on how much grinding away of the natural tooth would be performed. One tooth was shaved so small i must get a crown for that one. It was a fine never broken tooth that is permanately ruined.

They told me several different prices. I shopped around cosmetic dentist i know average is $1000. So when they told me $840 a tooth. I jumped. Apparently the office staff made a mistake. Said my iinsurance is great!.. You get coverage. So yay Me. Then she said oops. Then i said. Ok ill save veneers next time then she called back and thenTHEY would honor the price and i agreed. And with my mouth open dr.rowe says oh btw these veneers are normally $1000. What was i supposed to do then. THEN i didnt hear back about money unril my gums inflammed. Dr.rowe left. Veneer falls off. they did not want to deal with. And im paying for their mistakes.

I think they THEY owe me money and an apology for how they treated me and how they destroyed one tooth. Thanks for talking money when its so much more than that.

No. They told me i was lucky my insurance was helping me. I said if they arent covered then i will stick with bonding. I am NOT happy with that practice. I am entitled to share my exoerience please do not discredit what i have been through and what i wss told and not told. Its been a nightmare. I recommend Dr.Moffit on Merritt Island. He informed me wisely and adviced me of what i should do now about the work performed and the problems I am having. being wuestioned

Correction- about the work in question performed at island cosmetic denistry. I feel im in good hands at Dr.Moffitt and the staff is delightful. Understanding.

Another thing beach girl.. I did not receive a bill until 6 months later when my veneer fell off and office refused to put back on until they had ALL the money. They didnt even apologize. They just wanted more money and i had to go somewhere else to have it put cemented back on. yeah. They are real great people. Stand behind their work? Ugh.

They wait till i have tears and a veneer in my hand to say they wanted more money. That is terrible business practice. Heartless and i think the community should know my story. I know i would.
