10 months post op! I'm still loving my results. I can't believe how symmetrical it is compared to how it was! I can still feel quite a bit of swelling in the tip so I imagine the shape will still change slightly. In the past couple months I've been told how different I look by people who've seen me every few months since I originally had my surgery in January 2017. They can't figure out what it is even though they were aware of me having the surgery. Drastic change in a very subtle way!

Super happy still!! 1.5 yrs after and I find myself still improving day by day. I take consistent pictures to compare and evaluate my progress. I was actually JUST bragging about Dr. Cochran and it reminded me to log in to my realself account.

Hi! During my consultation Dr. Cochran suggested that cartilage grafting from my ear was a strong possibility but he wouldn't know for sure if this would be necessary until the actual surgery where he was actually able to evaluate the available nasal cartilage he could also use for grafting if it was present in my anatomy. I wasn't sure if I'd be waking up to a ear graft or not when I went under. Sure enough when I awoke I had 2 locations on my ear that cartilage had been harvested from. Honestly my ear was probably the most uncomfortable part of the entire surgery & recovery, not due to actual pain or anything but more so just due to discomfort while sleeping, like turning over in my sleep and not remembering I'd had anything until I'd lay on it. Not bad at all though considering how much worse it looked than it actually felt.

Yes! Before pics are on my original review. The asymmetry was very severe, you’ll notice it right away in the side by side before and after pics.

Looks amazing. Seems like it only got better with time. I used him for my revision & I'm at 5 months post op, can't wait to continue to see improvement!
