Not sure what happened to my before pics so I’m reposting them. Going on 3 years since my surgery and I’m still amazed at my progress.

More pics
Some more pics of how my nose has progressed. I'm still in awe at the symmetry Dr. Cochran was able to create considering just how bad it was. Still amazed! All of these were taken within the last 5 months.

Hi there, you look amazing! Do you have before photos? What was the problem? I am also looking for a surgeon for revision number two :-/

Yes! Before pics are on my original review. The asymmetry was very severe, you’ll notice it right away in the side by side before and after pics.

Thank you! Best thing I ever did, I was so insecure about it for so many years.

Just wanted to add some recent pics of how my nose has progressed. I'm still in awe at the symmetry Dr. Cochran was able to create considering just how bad it was. Still amazed! All of these were taken within the last 5 months.

i ask because i'm trying to decide between a doc who wants to use ear and another doc who wants to use rib. one doc is saying the ear cartilage will be great for nostrils because it is soft and squishy and another doc is saying something he'd prefer the ear graft for bridge and something thinner and stronger like rib for the nostril. he was saying ear is too flimsy for nostril. but your nostils look amazing! and if they were built out from ear cartilage graft, that is amazing!
so just curious to know what part of your nose your ear graft went into (bridge or nostril?)
ugh, revisions... so scary... thank you for any info you feel comfortable sharing. means a lot, truly :)
