Pores and texture are worse - over half my face has hypertrophic scars

This is my honest review. I had CO2 Laser Skin Resurfacing done almost 6.5 months ago. Dr. Sinha has ruined my skin. Over half my face has hypertrophic scars. I'm devastated, depressed, I'm ashamed to show my face. I feel like he was just trying to sell me a procedure that I didn't even need. I regret ever getting this done. He said my pores would be smaller and my texture would be better. They are worse now. I cry literally every day. I can't believe he did this to my face, and he doesn't even care. 

When I first saw him for my post-op care, he told me to see his Esthetician. I went to her and she said that there is nothing that can be done for me. She passed me on to another Esthetician. I then decided to see a Dermatologist who confirmed that I had an infection. If Sinha was a caring doctor, he would have looked at my face and said "hey, I think you might have an infection, let's get you on some antibiotics." But no. I've been struggling to get rid of this Staph Infection for almost 7 months now. Sinha has not once referred me to another doctor, dermatologist to help me. I set up an appointment w/Sinha about my concerns and disappointment. He seemed more defensive than anything. 

He still offered no plan or desire to make things right. Clearly I had scars, clearly I was depressed, and he didn't care. He got his money, and that's all he seemed to care about. How can someone scar over half of a person's face?! I've reached out to multiple Plastic Surgeon's for second opions. They all in a matter of words said I've been botched. What's so depressing about this is that there is nothing I can do to fix this. He's ruin my skin. I can't go back and turn back time. The damage is done. 

His lack of post-op/follow-up care is a joke. When I told him I reached out to a Dermatolgist because I had an infection, he never once said, "hey, send me the records of the biopsy, skin culture. Keep me in the loop." There was no, "let's work together to figure this out and to make it right." For my 3rd "follow-up" visit, he barely spoke w/me for 5 minutes.

He wouldn't even sit down w/me. He wouldn't even touch my face." He told me, "I'm sorry, things didn't turn out the way you wanted. See you in 3 months." I'm now seeing a Burn/Scar Specialist. I'm going to have to spend more money to fix his mess. This isn't fair! DO NOT SEE HIM FOR CO2 LASER!! Sinha will destroy your skin!
