Fractora is an excellent treatment for acne scars on your face.  The deep heating rebuilds collagen under the scar and lifts it.  The procedure is FDA cleared (indicated) for treating acne scars.  One small study showed up to a 90% improvement in the depth of the acne scars.  Only your physician can determine if Fractora is right for you.  Find a qualified Fractora provider and schedule a consultation appointment for evaluation of your acne scars and discuss the results they expect you would see.  For acne scars additional treatments are usually recommended to get the best results.

Fractora treatments are typically spaced 4 weeks apart when performing the series to allow the skin to heal in between treatments.  Ultherapy treatments are not the same but similar in that heat is used to denature the collagen and invoke a healing response in the skin to rebuild new collagen.  

Full healing after one procedure is always recommended before performing another procedure in the same area.  

It's interesting that you are doing both Ultherapy and Fractora so often.  Both procedures because they work with the body rebuilding collagen from a controlled heat injury take 6 months to see your full results.  

We find most patients that are good candidates for non-invasive treatments are satisfied with the results they see after one treatment with Ultherapy or one series with Fractora.  If you are needing this many procedures to see results, could you possibly be a better candidate for surgery?  

Additional maintenance treatments with Ultherapy and Fractora are recommended and another series can be performed to get even better results.  I'm just a bit surprised that you are doing repeat procedures as often as you are.  

This is absolutely normal and typically subsides within just a few days after the procedure.  Elevation of your head while you sleep will minimize this as well as using ice packs after your procedure.  If you are doing a series of Fractora treatments make sure you remind your treatment provider that this occurred on your last treatment.  

As long as the swelling subsided quickly, no changes to your treatment would be recommended.  

The thinner skin around the eyes tends to show more swelling in the first few days after any procedure.  Your goal is results and the swelling is just part of the process of injury and healing of the skin layers from Fractora

There are so many non surgical options available that will help rejuvenate your skin and improve your youthful look.  What you need should be customized to you and what changes you are seeing.  Chemical peels can help give you a fresher skin appearance and reduce some of the fine lines. Botox can lift brows and reduce even deeper wrinkles on the face, forehead and crows feet around the eyes.  Fillers like Juvederm can fill in areas where fat loss or drooping is occurring.  A more filled look is more youthful and a little fillers can make a big difference in some people.  

There are other energy based procedures that can rejuvenate the skin and actually rebuild more collagen in the deeper layers of the skin.  Ultherapy with Ultrasound, Fractora with radio frequency and laser resurfacing can lift and tighten your skin, lasers and Fractora also have the benefit of improving discoloration both brown and red spots and small blood vessels and reducing pore size if these are also issues you have.

Consider Fractora for reducing the size of your pores and treating the acne scars all at the same time.  A series of 3 or 4 treatments is performed that are minimally invasive using just needles to deliver radio frequency energy beneath the skin. The needle injury and the radio frequency energy both cause your skin to repair itself and build new collagen which will tighten and fill the depressed scars from your acne.
