Dr. Tower displayed excellent communication pre and post operation and consistency in the manor by which he carried out my procedure. He was very clear about how each step would be carried out and took the time to walk me through what was being done as it happened. He ensured Telehealth appointments were always scheduled post op to discuss results and give me the opportunity to address concerns. Lastly, he was forthcoming about the fact that results were not promised and the healing process could be drawn out and uncomfortable. Overall, Dr. Tower is very personable, professional, and honest.
