Complete Waste of Time and Money

My reason for seeking CO2 treatment. 1. Refine pores 2. Smooth and tighten skin 3. Remove minor acne scars and age spots. I wasted 2k and had two weeks of down time. My skin on my forehead, chin, and lower cheeks still has major laser patterns. It has been 3 months and I see NO improvement if anything my skin looks worse. The treatment was easy and painless. Once I got home I started oozing and had to constantly use lotion and ointment to keep it from drying out. No problem, I have had a laser treatment 7 years prior and was fully aware of after care. I did break out with a few white heads, I was told my skin would purge. During this time I stayed home and hid in the house. On the 6th day I had to go to the grocery store to purchase food for Easter Dinner. I live in NY so going into a store without a mask is similar to entering a bank with a gun in hand. I walked in maskless, 10 minutes later I was forced to put my mask on due to security and rude customers who gasped in horror and cried in terror that I was selfish for going maskless. Mind you I was told by my PS I WAS NOT to wear a mask and if I had any issues I was told to give the the person/business offended a special phone number to call. When I went home I was missing several patches of skin, and it was bright red and angry. Two days later I awoke to massive painful blisters on the side of my nose and right cheek. I went in for a post check up and was informed I contracted Staph infection. Most likely from wearing the mask. I was touching the grocery cart and pulling at my mask because it was stuck to my heavily lotioned face and pulling at the old skin that was shedding. The staph caused scarring around my nose and took another 2 weeks to heal. At one month I started to get antsy while looking in the mirror. I saw no change just huge patches of laser imprints. I checked out reviews on Google and found I am not the only one. C02 is a up sell that is it. PS's make big money on them and it is a waste of time. I was just seen for the last post op check up and she even admitted the whole procedure did nothing for me, as she compared pictures of before and after.
