How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

Pics
Now I know what other reviewers are talking about when they say the picture upload is a cluster. This is seriously ridiculous. It crops the pics as you’re uploading so you can’t actually capture what you intended to show. I give up for now. Super annoying. Maybe I’ll try another time. Sorry.

Before and after
I’m not quite 2 months post, so the lump under my left eye is still there, but may have to do with not enough of hyaluronidase after my failed Restylne in 2016.
I have had several follow up appts after CO2, and Dr Groff is keeping an eye on that area. As far as the pictures, I’m including pics from the day before the procedure and about 30days post, including close up of eyes and surrounding lip area, as those were 2 heavily-focuses areas of treatment during the procedure. The smoothness is like baby skin, seriously.
Thoughts: Overall, I am pleased with the after. I was not well-prepared for the after care and what is involved, but complied 100%, as this is a big investment. I have some scary pictures of day by day progress and may share those. The honest truth about this procedure (for me) is that no matter how gnarly I looked, there was zero pain after or during the weeks of recovery. Zero. I know that is not the case for something like a face lift.
Also, my upper eyelids are taught, which he said would happen, and this is a plus. The area around my eyes are still sensitive and red immediately after I wash my face daily.
Because of quarantine, I’m not too concerned with the length of time my face is taking to be completely healed. Collagen is still building...

CO2, VBeam & Alexandrite lasers
I was unhappy with the hollow & crepey area underneath my eyes. I had Restylane done in 2016 and it resulted in lumps, so I had it resolved about a month later. I resolved to do something else at some point, which I thought would be fat injection (ocular plastic surgeon said I was not a good candidate- thanks for the honesty). Fast fwd to quarantine. My dermatologist had an email that included a webinar about the CO2 laser "take10" - you could take 10 years off, by taking 10 days off in recovery/staying in. I watched and realized this was the procedure for me. I went in for a consultation and then scheduled the procedure for 2 weeks later, SOLELY because I had complete trust for Dr. Groff and his staff.
