Thought I had a "before" pic that shows the ugly awful IMO crepey skin that I hated for years. If you have this too I highly recommend looking into CO2 laster and Dr. Wu.
This is a smiling pic before I had any botox, fat injections, and CO2 laser.

C02 laser exceeded my and doctors expectations

About 5 weeks ago I had C02 laser around my eyes as well as my nose. As I've had issues with 3 main things there.
1. Thinning skin starting around 35 yrs
2. Purple viens/muscle showing through the thin skin near inner corner of my eyes
3. sunken circles.
If you read my previous review I had fat transfer around eyes and mid face but not under the eye. I considered fillers but just didn't think the price/risk/duration was worth it. So I tried Dr. Wu and he was quite impressive in setting expecations and how the procedure would go. He didn't promise helping for the purplish color and sunken appearance all that much. But my other option was a skin pinch and I thought that would be more of a procedure for when I'm older and I just couldn't see how you can remove skin and not pull down the lower eye lid at least a little bit.
Anyway the procedure was painful, I won't lie. Novacane shots all around your eyes is not fun. And I didn't have much of any numbing to my nose as I added that in last minute and if felt something like a cheese grater raked across my skin but it was weird how it lasted about .25 seconds and then the pain changed to a bad sunburn but I recommend some kind of planning ahead for numbcream.
Anyway so far the results have been amazing, all 3 of my problems have been greatly approved, especially the thin skin. My smile has now approx. 4 lines around each eye, before like 15. Now the pink is still around so perhaps the purpleish color will come back more then now but even if it does I can tell it won't be as bad. I do not feel I need filler anymore although admit it would complete the look. But again I don't think the juice is worth the squeeze on that one. Anyway check out the pics and judge for yourself.

How long was your recovery time?
I'm now at approx. month 4 and have been using lytera for about 3 weeks because the hyperpigmentation was a little more then I and doctor wanted to see. It's gotten much better and I was surprised how Lytera even helped with my forehead sun freckles as well. So I just use that stuff all over my face. I'm guessing in another 2 months my skin will be back to normal.
