Tomorrow it is the day.
I am sooooo excited,i don't know how i am going to make it through the night.
I have been watching a lot of videos on u-tube. I am ready.
We are hosting a bridal shower for one of my friends in November 2014, i can't wait to show my 2 months weight loss.....so i have taken a decision that i am going to be very scarce till that day so that they will be wowwed when they see me....i promise not to takes the spot light from the bride to be though.....:-)
The way i am so relaxed i know that God will be with me tomorrow and i will have a successful surgery.

I am so psyched it's unbelievable. I am like a child going on a school trip, I can't even sleep as the day of the operation approaches.
I have done some reading on excising after the bariatric surgery.
I can't wait to loose just a little bit of weight...I used to love jogging before my pregnancies, after each pregnancy I grew bigger and bigger and got lazy and it was just down hill from there.
I love jogging because that is my "me time". When I jog I don't think about anything other than controlling my breath and pushing myself the extra mile.
I want to go back into that zone....
I wish to lose this weight with the help of the surgery and tone my muscles while I am at it because God knows that I don't have money for tummy tuck or breast lift.
I have money for the new wardrobe...I need to show off the new figure baby!!
So excise it is....

Currently weighing 125kg.
Well i am taking control of my weight permanently.
Debts will forever be there. I am looking forward to this operation.
