Hello everyone, I decide to do this because I'm about to get married in a year. My fat was so stubborn that i loose it and I gain it back. I did so many research for the right doctor, but i found good reviews for Dr Carreon. I decide to give her a call and she help me make the right decision. I did my lipo on 6/11/2016 it took like 3 to 4 hours. This was a liposuction tumescent, it hurt a little bit during the procedure. After they finish was a little dizzy. They gave me some antibiotic and pain medications. I choose to get done flanks, bra rolls and stomach. Here are my pictures before and after 24 hours.

You look great! I'm hoping for the results that you had. I'm a month pre op right now. I'm thinking of only taking 4 days off of work.. Do you feel like you could return to work that quick? Do you mind if I ask what size jeans you were pre op? And your weight? Thank you!

i had my stomach an flank done on monday 6/6/16 and was able to go back to work that friday. did not have to take pain meds at all. i definitely am smaller but i been eating a little too much but i am hoping my results shine at the end of the period of 3-4 mos. some say you don't have to wear the compression stocking but i am. i bought an extra from walmart. good luck.

I took my stitches out i had 6 small incisions. This is how I look after 12 days. I try to eat more healthy then before, but sometimes is hard. I was looking for another post surgical garment but is so hard to find the right one. If you guys have any idea where to buy one, please let me know.

You're looking great! Did you check-in  here, it's a great place to share tips and you might find some help with finding a compression garment. Did you ask your doctor where you could get one?

Glad you're working on eating healthier, it's not always easy to do, especially when there is a lot of temptation around. My rule, try and stay away from the temptation and for the stuff I love, like ice cream and chocolate...you know, all the good stuff, I make it myself. For example, I will make a really thick chocolate ice cream in my blender with frozen bananas or any frozen fruit. I find thick smoothies (like a milkshake thick) layered with a homemade coconut milk whipping cream and chocolate sauce made with only two ingredients just as good as a Starbucks frappe! I get pretty creative in my kitchen when my sweet tooth kicks in.
