They made a 3D Image when I had my consultation, already happy with the results. But still difficult to imagine, for myself is still a picture. In the mean time changed the size already from 300 to 365cc. 15 days to go.....excited, nervous, curious, happy, mixed feelings. A little bit scared for the post op.!

So glad you started a review! I recall one of your earlier comments in which your doctor said your husband needed to clean the house for a year post op. I just love that!

Are you ready for your recovery? Feel free to post any wish boob pictures in your review so we can get a better idea of the look you are seeking. Keep us posted!
UPDATED FROM Keiko2001
4 months post

Almost 4 months Post-up, it's been a roller coaster!

Keiko2001
Had my surgery October 21st 2014.
Had to be in the clinic at 9am, surgery at 10am. Didn't had to wait that long and it was done in no time. Oh boy had the feeling an elephant was sitting on my chest! Had no pain at all the first day, that changed already the second day! Had a schedule to take the pain meds and after 3 days I was pain free!. Like most girls discomfort for the first week, tightness and a lot of pressure, minimal movement. Sleeping on my back was the hard part.
1 Week post-up had my appointment because I am an out of town patient they scheduled 2 app. in one. Everything looked great, learned how to do massage and scar treatment.
After 2 weeks felt already much better. Every week better and better and I loved them from the first minute. Kept still having pain right, burning sensation, someone poking with a needle but could handle without meds.
Next weeks did great loved them, had one regret 'why didn't I go for it sooner' That this can change your life, feeling feminine.
Had my 3 months post-up 3 weeks ago. Everything looks great, doc was happy with the result. Still the issue right with burning sensation and sharp pain. The doc thinks it will go away over time need to do some exercises with cold/warm/massage.
But then........ after 4 days I saw a deformity when I flexed my muscle. I didn't noticed it before but I am not really happy. Been in contact with the clinic by email send them a picture and the post-up nurse responses 4 days later!!!!!!!!!!!!! That it can happen after going under the muscle, it will not heal but it may be soften over time. Not really happy with this answer and maybe I don't wanted to read that. Send here again an email 5 days ago and I am again waiting.....!!! Did some research and there are a couple of options what can be done, if it will help I don't know. For me the best option was to go under the muscle because I didn't had a lot of tissue to begin with! I thought I did a lot of research before the surgery but didn't know that this can happen and they didn't told me that this can occur. If that would changed my mind by going over probably not we both agreed that this was the best option for me. I know that you never can predict the actual out come but I am dealing with this issue wright now. Now and then pretty emotional, a ton of questions going around in my mind. Calling the office to make an appointment with the doc. and discuss my options.

I'm curious to know how it turned out. Was anything done about it or could they explain why it happened?

Well apparently I have a really strong pec. muscle so with every day activities I have an animation deformity. This means that my implants are moving lateral when flexing the muscle. I hate it, I have those moments what's worse having no breasts or this. Had an app. 2 weeks ago with my PS and he mentioned 3 options. Removing implants, remove implants above muscle or scoring the muscle. First 2 are a NO, but he doesn't know if scoring will help. I really don't know what to do. He adviced me to wait 6 months and see how it goes, come back if it still an issue. I had a question about this on this site but it's not helping me, a lot of different options, answers. Little bit confused at the moment what to do.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm so sorry to hear you have to go through this. It's a huge decision to get the surgery done in the first place and although there always risks associated, you never expect them to happen to you. Do you know if the options he suggested would be more cost for you?
May 6, 2015
No, I did a ton of research before but that this can happen I missed. Maybe in a couple of months it's not a big deal anymore, I hope! I don't know if there are costs we didn't talked about that. I will see in 6 months and make a decision then. I just found an article about the split muscle technique. It looks more promising then the options he gave me, but I don't know if he is doing this kind of procedures.

thank you so much for your comments, Im torn on the placement of the implant... I currently have overs but in my consult it was advised that i get unders... just like you, I'm stong and athletic and I'm starting to rethink the under the muscle placement due to the risk of deformity. Thanks again for your comments and I hope all goes well and you find a resolution ;)

Hi Jess2010, still figure out what to do? For me it was the best option to go under, didn't had a lot of breast tissue to begin with. After this I am still behind the decision that going under was the best thing to do. I think that if I went over that I will have more problems later. They say that it will give more advantages by going under. When do you have your surgery?

1 Year post-up!

Keiko2001
Time flies! It's exactly one year ago when I started this new journey. I am really happy with the results when I don't flex my pect. muscle. I would go for a bigger size as well. The flex/animation deformity is still a big issue. Don't wear anything with a low cut. It's quite embarrassing when you wear a low cut and your breasts are moving lateral when you flex the muscle with daily activities. And it feels really uncomfortable. I've seen my PS after 6 months post-up. Apparently everyone has it it in some degree when going under the muscle. Apparently I have a really strong pect. muscle, well in this case I am not happy with that! We talked about 3 options, explant, changing pocket or scoring the muscle. First are definitely a no, I already knew this before I left the clinic. Scoring ( releasing more muscle ) is an option, but he was honest by saying that he doesn't know if this will work. He advised me to wait another 6 months, come back when it's still an issue. I posted already a question about this on this site but it not helping me further. Everyone has different ideas/solutions about this issue. Read a lot about it, the only option what gives me a good feeling is the split-muscle technique. I don't think my PS is doing this technique otherwise he would mentioned it before. I have a appointment with my PS at the end of November for another procedure so will talk again about it. To be continued! But overall I would do it again maybe a little bit sooner, no for sure sooner waited way to long. It changed my life definitely, feeling more feminine, more comfortable/confidence.
