I always thought that I had a small penis. My girlfriend found out about Dr. Jeffrey Palmer from her sister in New York whose husband had surgery with him. I traveled in from Chicago to Cleveland. He told me that my problem wasn't that I had a small penis but rather a hidden penis. My penis was normal size but just not as visible.
