Two weeks post op explant and lift
I am two weeks post op. I am healing well. Bruising is mostly gone. I have a few stitches that are sharp and poking me. I get the non dissolvable stitches around my nipples out on Friday. I am pleased with my result so far. My surgeon had said my breast would probably look boxy, but they don't look boxy to me. I know my breast are still swollen, but I still think I will be a B or C cup. It feels great to have natural boobs again. I don't feel like I have two heavy balls on my chest anymore. It is nice to be the real me. I still have cleavage with my bra on. Lol I have tried on a few of my bathing suit tops and most still fit. I still have healing to do and my breast will keep changing for up to a year. For two weeks post op I am happy. I thought I was going to be really depressed after explant and crying. I have not cried and I am not depressed about my breast. I was really concerned about that since I had read how common it was after explant plus I have had depression most of my life. I know my chest feels so much better without implants.
Right breast
My right breast was the one that was giving me pain before explant. I have noticed what I thought might be stretch marks or tape lines may actually be indentions from taking the implant out. It may look better when the breasr starts to relax. The area is on the cleavage or medial side of Right breast. It has only been a week. The left breast doesn't have any indentions, but that implant moved around easily. The right one barely moved. The right breast was bruised a lot more than left after surgery also. I am not going to worry about it yet. Too early. I may need a small fat transfer if it is bad months from now.
