Office review: emergency arose

I had full intentions of working with Clearchoice and they were congenial and helpful UNTIL a family emergency came up and I was unable to follow through with treatment. I had to not go through with it and when they found out it would not happen and they were losing their money everything changed. I have been humiliated and they wanted to know what my family emergency was and got deep almost insisting what was going on and it was private and I told them that but they pushed relentlessly. They lost a patient merely because it about the money. They never told me if things happened they would withhold $1000.00 for "treatment" which was merely looking in my mouth and choosing color and sizes. It was a holiday week and they were closed the two days after my visit and I called them immediately upon their opening of the office. I'm literally sick as I thought they would treat me differently and my heart is so sad. Not only with my family emergency and trauma but they truly don't care when money is involved.
