I had to go see an oral surgeon my husband works with since my implant was loose and the manager, dental assistant and everyone else at jacksonville FL clear choice was REFUSING to deal with me in any way. I was right to be concerned. My implant had to be bonded to my teeth beside it because it was destroyed and set me back 6 weeks and likely a bone graft too. I finally got my records that the manager illegally refused to send by contacting the consultant that sold me the implants on her cellphone. Let’s have our fingers crossed that the clinic in Ga Is better and will help me. Jacksonville location and possibly clear choice I’m general is about to be sued. The GA clinic may be able to save the whole company but the jacksonville clinic will definitely be dealing with my attorney.

Beware! Unbelievable That a National Company Can Do This!!
Hi,
I went in for a consultation on April 28 at the Jacksonville FL site and decided that due to the same facility, same day you get teeth (temporary ones) I paid them $18k in cash and went back May 5 for the surgery. The manager, Shawn, assured my husband I’d be leaving with teeth from surgery. I go in for surgery and find out that’s all lies and misadvertising and now I’m being told it’ll actually be a total of FOUR MONTHS I’m expected to have these gaping holes in my mouth. I live 2.5 hours from Jacksonville and could have stayed in Savannah where I live and got the same treatment, maybe quicker.
Besides this ridiculous bunch of lies on your website and from the manager in Jacksonville I’ve been in excruciating pain and made several calls and never ever have I not had to call back many times to even get anyone to do anything they say they will do on the first call. It’s UNBELIEVABLE!! I’m an RN and I would absolutely NEVER be allowed to behave like they do in this facility. Blatant lies and simply DO NOT CARE if you’re happy or comfortable or basically even exist. I feel like nothing but an extreme nuisance just for expecting the truth and certain services for the EIGHTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS CASH I just gave these people. I’m very very disappointed in this whole endeavor and I’m uncomfortable and have gaping empty spots in my mouth. I feel like I’ve been robbed. To make matters worse I was given a retainer instead of my promised temporary healing teeth and it knocked my real tooth loose. I called the very next day after this and nose bleeds and was told I have no choice but to just deal with whatever they want to do or not do bc I have already paid CASH and the dental assistant screamed this and hung up on me. Manager has nothing to say about how his staff (and himself) lie and swindle.

I have the same problem. You are the most important person in the world untill they have your money.
The little Abundant they have to cover my implant piece going into my skull is what I ment I’ve decided to get a new doctor and sue clear choice for Neglected, dental care, false advertisement, misleading in order to gain my money after I paid them they have yet to do anything else for me. I have my temporaries in my mouth that are broken. I have pictures from 2022 where my dentist was telling me all this so remember to always record and these ladies are for it they they be smoking cigarettes and cussing in their cell phones when I was getting my surgery the girl came in smelling like a straight up cigarette. She had my IV fluids wrong so they had to change my bag, which caused me to get a knot in my blood and now my blood veins disappeared. I don’t know what it was but I went to the doctor about it and they told me that’s where when I put the IV in my collapsed and caused the medicine or whatever they used to and it was on my arm it hurt for like six months and it went away. My lip have been swollen. I have had surgery. I called the dental Clear Choice office. Ask them is it possible that your lymph nodes could swell no that has nothing to do with your implants, I’m sorry , I do my research and yes, your lies to swell
