This was a truly awful experience that just keeps getting worse.
Dr. Romano will try from every angle to up-charge you and add unnecessary items to a treatment plan and start scheduling unnecessary services.
The actual services they provide are a 300% mark up from what anyone else will charge for the same treatment. They will bill you and your insurance provider for unnecessary services and then get hostile and aggressive when you question.
They use companies to hide their negative reviews so no one looking at his clinic knows this is happening until you dig and then find what others are really saying.
The staff made the whole thing worse with hostility. No one is human to him or the staff, we are all just dollar signs lining his pocket.
I cannot understand how they threw so many ludicrous things on my bill and treatment plan that no other dentist can verify I “need.”
This is a shameful practice with complete lack of concern for the patient.
